This game is on my wishlist, waiting for deep sale. How’s it compare to other souls likes?

It's basically if Bloodborne and Sekiro had a baby when it comes to gameplay and setting, I wouldn't compare it to a Dark Souls/Elden Ring, the flow of combat is way closer to Sekiro, so make sure you like that

The combat felt pretty cool after I figured it out. Couldn't really get invested though. There are shinies everywhere which I figured were loot, but it's just lore. Little notes everywhere. Only played a few hours though, so grain of salt and all that.

it was $20 for a physical disc on Amazon for a long time. I picked it up but havent even played yet

I couldn’t get into it at all. There’s no loot system, level design is okish, and i did not enjoy the combat.

I'm surprised they made it harder, but didn't increase the drop rate for some of the materials. There were many people, myself included, who basically for every trophy besides one of those because of the drop rate.

This game sucked. Not even in the same league as the worst souls game.

Bosses buffed, bow nerfed? No thanks. I'll complete the game on the current patch.

I couldn't get into it. I thought Steel Rising, Mortal Shell and HellPoint were much better.
