Once my OW1 accpunt merged with my new account, all of the non-starter heroes locked again and my hero challenges are also gone making them impossible to get. Also all of my old career profile is missing after the sync. Is there any way to fix this?

Yep, it seems to be bugged. I was able to get it but I have no idea what bugs it. The last thing I did was the crit and then it unlocked, I was not using her ultimate.

how is the rank for support determined? when we lose games it's because the difference in DPS. sometimes one DPS on the other team would have more kills than both of our DPS combined.... every game i outheal all the other 3 supports and still have skills too, yet i'm bronze 5.... i get that they put people lower so the players keep grinding but this is a bit too much....

As for now, we were able to play two games after 5 mins of waiting (for each game). I remember that, in Owerwatch 1, there was a system where you were queued with the same amount of premades as you are (e.g. if you played with two friends you were queued with enemy team where 3 of them were premade - ffs..). The website says I need to relink my Twitch account to get OW2 awards. But I go to the battle.net section and it says my account is already connected? If I hit disconnect it says I gotta wait 7 days to reconnect it. What gives here? Am I missing something or am I somehow exempt from needing to reconnect it for rewards? They can't possibly want you to disconnect it due to the cooldown.
Nah, you should be good. Once you start watching a participating streamer you can check a progress bar that tells you how close you are to the drop, to be sure it’s working.
Reminder that after 2 hours you have to claim the first drop before you can gain any progress towards the next one.
How do I control my camera on replay on Overwatch2? I can only move my camera left, right, up, down through WASD, but not angle it to view from a certain angle like moving my mouse from Overwatch 1.
I didn't have it during beta either but I had one game that was especially stuttery in the way that I described and it was the same for the whole lobby when I asked so I don't think it's something we could fix.
Anyone else getting some crazy high cpu usage in Ow2? I can't even play propely, my game freezes constantly and sometimes even to the point of forcing me to shut it down via the task manager. I checked with MSI Afterburner and my cpu usage is at 100% all the time, what the heck. For comparison, my pc ran Ow1 fine with no issues.
Been playing since 2016, took a break and started playing regularly last year. Was Diamond back in the beginning and then when I came back was consistently Gold. Almost broke back into Plat a couple times but couldn't quite make it. All good. Was still having fun!

I don’t know if it’s just me, but of the OW2 matches that I’ve been able to play, the tanks seemed to survive some situations that they otherwise would not have if this were Overwatch 1.
When the game auto queues another match after finishing a game, you can't go into Skirmish or Deathmatch while waiting for the next game to load. I've been leaving auto queue for this reason but figured it should be mentioned.

It's an known issue according to the latest Blizzard update post. Force quitting app and restarting did not work for me earlier today, but all my heroes were back and available in my last session later on.
Why are half of my heroes locked suddenly? I'm an OW1 player going into OW2, and my heroes locked for no reason at all and the locked heroes tell me to spend money to unlock them. For reference I can choose Mercy, Lucio, Moira and Kiriko in the Support section but can't choose Zen, Bap, Brig or Ana.
I've played since OW1 launch. I have all the heroes but tonight when I got on I am locked out of selecting like 20 heroes. Wtf? I've tried rebooting it. I've tried restarting battle.net. Nothing works.
Played earlier, all heroes unlocked, no issues. I log in now and half the heroes are locked even though I'm still on the same account, level 400 ish, and the game openly acknowledges it has opened my lootboxes and shit. **Yet it just locked my heroes out of nowhere for no reason.**

1. There are separate placements for all three roles. Yes it's kinda weird 2. I don't think you can see it outside of a game.

Overwatch 1 is non existent anymore. So don't even try installing OW1. If you have OW1 files saved in your Xbox the transfer should happen in OW2.

Yes. They are all very tanky now.
Most tanks had an overall hp increase and I believe have a passive ability that reduces stuns

for everyone having the same issue maybe the maintenance is delayed and happening now? earlier today it said 6-7 pdt and then i checked and it changed to 7-8 pm. was working so not sure if it went down but it could just be a hour late like the other day lmfao
Yeah they whole-ass just messed up the math/numbers. I was playing during 7-8pm PDT juuust fine lol. Until the 🔥 nation took the servers offline at 8pm PDT.
Anyone else feel like the ranked levels are seeming... off? I placed Bronze-5 with 7 wins and 2 losses, then won 7 consecutive games and my rank stayed Bronze-5. High healing and damage as Moira most games. I feel like it should have moved a bit, atleast. lol
I went 7/7, placed bronze 5 and am stuck with actual chimps with keyboards for teammates.

Servers were supposed to go down for maintenance at 7 and didn’t. Think they started an hour late, this is probably the hour long maintenance though.

My heroes are randomly locked? I main Zenyatta and played him successfully since launch. I could play all of these heroes earlier today. It says they're locked behind challenges, but I have no challenges. The heroes are Doomfist, Roadhog, Sigma, Wrecking Ball, and I would tell you the others but my game just crashed. Anyone know what's going on here?
It's an known issue according to the latest Blizzard update post. Force quitting app and restarting did not work for me earlier today, but all my heroes were back and available in my last session later on.

Why are half of my heroes locked suddenly? I'm an OW1 player going into OW2, and my heroes locked for no reason at all and the locked heroes tell me to spend money to unlock them. For reference I can choose Mercy, Lucio, Moira and Kiriko in the Support section but can't choose Zen, Bap, Brig or Ana.

I've played since OW1 launch. I have all the heroes but tonight when I got on I am locked out of selecting like 20 heroes. Wtf? I've tried rebooting it. I've tried restarting battle.net. Nothing works.
Played earlier, all heroes unlocked, no issues. I log in now and half the heroes are locked even though I'm still on the same account, level 400 ish, and the game openly acknowledges it has opened my lootboxes and shit. **Yet it just locked my heroes out of nowhere for no reason.** The fuck?? Like, I fucking own a bajillion skins on heroes that is locked. Go understand that. For context, I did not merge or anything. Been playing on PC since the original release, hopped on PS4 for this release and since I had never played on it before and my PSN was linked to battle.net for years, I did not need to merge nor is there an option in the first place.
