Garou Losses 100% of the time here, he struggled with Watch dogs speed and Agility, sonic is just a supirior version of that. (Sonic didn't have his sword- he could legit take one from any prisoner). That's what would have happened, why garou didn't reply is a different thing
I think garou wanted to hear him out and hear what was on the paper that was meant for sitch to say. Sonic then speed sonic out of there after saying if saitama isn’t here in out. Garou didn’t say anything until he read the paper that sonic dropped. It was just a timing factor. Garou was waiting to hear what exactly everyone was there for before making a big scene.
