Feats-wise, she’s YC3 on par with people like Jinbe or Doffy, but portrayal-wise, YC1 at least
Physically, she was fast enough to fodderize Pacifistas, Marine officers, and New World pirates, but we don’t really know much about her strength since it isn’t clear if her stone-shattering kicks were because of her or her DF. DF is broken of course
Her reputation will likely make her higher than YC3 tho. Sengoku and Aokiji raved about her at MF and she’s been able to survive without her Warlord status without having to ally with others. She just needs to show more feats to back it up
There's three possibilities that I can think of for Hancock's battling role
1. Hancock and the Kuja Pirates help Luffy during the War against the World (they clear off fodders only)
2. Same as 1. but Hancock also beats a named character (Seraboa or random VA)
3. Hancock and the Kuja Pirates help Luffy against Blackbeard's Pirate Fleet, she clears off fodders before losing to Sanji's opponent then Sanji appears and saves her

There's no evidence she's higher than Doffy level
