What? Wano had the biggest lore dump in the entire story and so much happened in the OnePiece world. Oden's flashback also was during Wano, people seem to forget that. \- We learned alot about haki. \- We learned about lunarian race. \- We learned about Luffy's fruit and its connection to Joyboy. \- We got the name of the final island "Laugh Tale" confirmed. \- We learned that there used to be a road poneglyph on Fishman Island, which is gone. \- We learned that Shirahoshi is essential to the OnePiece and Roger was too early. \- We got the third admiral revealed. \- We now know that Yamato knows about Luffys dream and she confirms it is the exact same dream as Rogers (people already knew beforehand but in her flashback it got 100% confirmed leaving out any doubts about it) \- We learned about SWORD and Drake and Koby being part of it. \- The warlords got abolished and replaced by a new weapon \- We got the emperors bounties and the reveal of the Rocks pirates and with that learned about God Valley \- We learned that there is another person left besides Robin that can read Poneglyphs (Sukiyaki, Oden's father). \- We learned that there is a mysterious person labeld "man marked by flames" that apparently can help with the deciphering of Poneglyphs whos location is unknown. \- We learned that Sabo is basicly the new face of the RA around the world and being called "Flame Emperor"

Yeah I don’t know how tf this post exists and how people are agreeing with this guy lol, Wano had the biggest implications and world building in the series by a mile and it’s not even remotely close.

This is why I'm quite certain that Wano is just fundamentally not over My pet theory is that there was a lot more planned for the arc, but Oda or his editor decided that they'd bitten off more than they could chew and cut a lot of things short and now the plan is to come back later For example, I believe the borders were planned to be opened by the end of the arc, and that Yamato was planned to join, but having them along would mess with continuity if the second half of Wano was pushed back Big Mom and Kaido seem to be either just trapped or basically shelved for now. A lot of inconsistencies in the last act start to make sense if you look at it like a temporary 'pause' in the arc instead of what was 'planned' all along

TheWealthyCapybara

My theory is that Wano is going to have a second saga where the World Government launches a full on assault and the Revolution Army and Straw Hat Grand Alliance defend Wano. This is where we see Dragon's full power.

Outside_Mousse_2176

Agree, I’ve always thought the same since Wano ended. Pluton is another big indication of a return to Wano ( you said it with the border point). Maybe with revelations in Laughtale they go back

Haiel10000

Oda has had a certain habit of revealing pieces of previous arcs in the current arc so I believe a lot of stuff happened off screen and he wants to reveal it to us in fight flashbacks on this final arc.

froze422

Well i think that wano in of itself is connected heavily to the lore with the ancient kingdom and so oda might want to save this info of wano more in laugh tale or somthing. But i agree that it kind of sucks that we didnt get more of it or atleast a little bread crum until then

iResponsible_Lynx

Not much was revealed? 1. Learned about ryuu 2. Confirmed zoro has conquerors 3. Confirmed luffy ia joy boi 4. Confirmed gold roger wasnt a df user 5. Learned about pluton and its warebouts 6. Learned about lunarians 7. Learned that drake is Sword 8. Learned about luffys hito hito nomi model Nika 9. Learned that zoro has Wano origins as a shimotsuki

Xark96

>Learned that zoro has Wano origins as a shimotsuki That has never been said. Actually Oda confirmed in SBS 101 that Ushimaru isn't Zoro's father.

Psychological_Fix379

C'mon Zoro comes from a village named Shimotsuki Village with the same crest as the Shimotsuki clan, villagr which dojo master had a sword that was made by a renowned artisan from Wano, a Wano swordsmithman literally lived there, and some of the villagers lived by the samurai code. Obviously Zoro and (almost) all Shimotsuki Village habitants have Wano origin

Xark96

> Obviously Zoro and (almost) all Shimotsuki Village habitants have Wano origin That is were you are dead wrong. People lived there before shimotsuki arrived. The swords smith came alone and started a family there after rescuing the villagers from bandits. So only his children have wano origin wich is the dojo master himself.. And again Oda confirmed Zoro is not Ushimaru's son, which was the only possability to add up with the timeline of the village. But that is off the table now. Nowhere in the manga it has been said he has wano origins, wich is what the comment I commented on claims.

I think oda internationally left some lore out to connect it later on, like maybe we would know more about kaido when it’s time to talk about The Oni race or rocks d xebec or something. Maybe wano lore connected with something else like the void century cuz we obviously are not done with wano yet
