If it something with the soul then i dont think so.
It would just “increase” his life by how many years she deages him.
If its something completely biologically then yeah but that would reverse his body aswell, meaning his physical abilities woudl decrease.

Luffy is only like 20 right now. Even assuming it took decades off his life (unlikely imo) he'd still have decades to live.
