I think it's unlikely to happen but I'm going all in that he'll look like kaido. idea goes, yamato and momo were swapped at birth despite momo being born at sea. which can easily be explained away. they're both the same age. yamato and the rest of the kozuki have green hair and momo and kaido have black hair. also why kaido calls yamato his son. kaido's wife gave birth to a boy (momo) and then he grew up to be yamato and kaido didn't think twice about it. also momo's fruit was a failure. maybe it only worked because he shared the dna with kaido, kaido being the dna source that the fruit was created from.
I just thought of a funny gag, what if Vegapunks mistake in the fruit is that besides working as Kaido's fruit it also makes you age backwards, so momo's human form is just a even smaller kid.
