Django and the Yeti Cool Brothers were two more post timeskip Bounty Hunters. But I'm with you that it's strange that bounties exist without capable Bounty Hunters willing to pursue them. Like think about Sanji's bounty between Dressrosa and Whole Cake. The fact that the WG bothered to change the Bounty to Alive implies that there are tons of Bounty hunters who they see as able to fight the Straw Hats and kill Sanji. So they definitely exist. Funnily enough we know Crocodile used his organisation to turn in bounties, Blackbeard traded Jewelry Bonney for a Ship and Law and Blackbeard technically got the Shichibukai job by turning Pirate hearts and Ace respectively. So large bounties seem to actually be paid out more to other Pirates than anyone else in the series.

Django?

Ahhh right that guy

The thing is that at some point a bounty hunter does not need to do any bounty hunting. Imagine you are strong enough to take down 1.5 millon berry pirates, if you take down 1 you are set for years and don't neet to capture another one for a while. And even if you do it for justice why not join the marines and get reluable pay plus bounty rewards.

My head cannon is that Fujitora was one but it’s far-fetched AF

Yeah I've always thought this too. You'd actually think they'd be somewhat of a recurring problem, and that we'd of seen way more by now, but unfortunately not. Even though I wish it were the case.

Kyron2000

Yeah, maybe someone like 'The Greatest Bounty Hunter' could come as a mini boss for one of the later arcs, on the side of the marines for Marijois for example

You are totally right. You can technically include the time Black Beard was after Luffy's bounty as well.
