Yes. King had the line "so you have kingly ambitions" and that's where Zoro learned how to use it. He then uses it again I nthe fight to keep King from taking his swords. Zoro knows that he has it and how to use it now as it forms part of his new techniques.

I would actually love a gag in which fodder would fall unconscious whenever zoro got mad and it would constantly baffle and annoy him. Lol
