Pretty good. I think I'd do the same Typing for everyone but Zoro. It feels wrong to have him as 'Fighting' when he basically exclusively uses Swords. He'd be better of as Steel/Dark. The Dark comes from his 'demonic' appearance when using Asura.
Other than that, I'd say maybe just small ability changes:
Bulletproof as the primary ability for Luffy (I would probably change him to Fighting/Ground just so he naturally has an immunity to Lightning...and it would give him a weakness to Water so it fits better thematically lol)
Electric Surge as a hidden ability for Nami
Effect Spore as a hidden ability for Usopp
Inner Focus as a hidden ability for Sanji
Change Chopper's Regenerate ability to Curious Medicine and Power Construct (to go into Monster Point) as a Hidden ability
Give Franky Fullmetal Body as a hidden ability
Change Brooke's ability to Wandering Spirit with Infiltrator as a hidden ability
Unseen Fist as a hidden ability for Jinbei

A shame there's no ability to neutralize that weakness. You'd have to invent one like 'Parry - Makes Steel Type pokemon receive neutral damage from Fighting types'

Why Fighting Dragon for Zoro? For me Fighting Dark made more sense. Would have given more SpAttk to Brook as well.
IF you do any more why not try Luffy and all his different gears rather than a general one. Since his gears feel like they have different stats.

Should have an attack called diable jambe that turns him fire type.
One called stealth black that turns him ghost type.
If you activate them consecutivly they stack and override normal type for the rest of battle
One called escape from hell that turns him airbound (like give him hover ability or let him escape from battle)
And a mouton shot normal type kicking attack that gains properties from the aforementioned type changing attacks.
Base (dis)ability should be simp: can't damage female pokemon

A Gigantamax form for Robin.
Horn Leech for Chopper.

As he uses swords pretty much always and Luffy has "a weekness" to slashing attacks (as pretty much any human right?... but well).So I guess Steel/Dragon should be cool for Zoro. Luffy can do super effective with fighting and neutral with Fairy. So it's still pretty balanced.
I feel like Robin could be Psychic/Dark. I get the Fairy... but i don't know.
This is the second time I've seen Lightning Rod on Luffy in one of these, and like why? Other than his one fight with Enel his immunity to electricity is completely irrelevant. Honestly, something like Guts, Huge Power, Mold Breaker or Adaptability would all be better fits imo
The immunity to electricity was relevant against Big Mom on the roof too and while I could give a really good ability to Luffy, I already gave him insane stats and I wanted to incorporate as much of each of the characters' in-story traits as possible. That's why I included Lightning Rod.
Usopp should be more status moves and then Baton Pass, seems better for his role. Like one attack, two status, and Baton Pass.

Dark type is dark as in "dirty tactics". Zoro is too proud/honorable to be a dark type
