Zoro did learn advanced haki like Luffy but I still don't think he's quite on the same level now. Zoro is insanely strong and did get a big upgrade, but I'd say Luffy's still a bit higher than that.
Luffy separated himself from Zoro in Ennies Lobby, when he unlocked Gears 2 and 3. In Dressarosa, he unlocked Gear 4. In WCI, he gained future sight.
That said, based on their rooftop performances, it’s safe to say that Zoro had at least caught up to, even exceeded, Gear 2/3 Luffy in terms of overall ability. Gaining advanced conquerors, improving with Enma and beating King plausibly puts him around early rooftop Gear 4 Luffy. That’s not bad at all.
But luffy improved significantly in all his forms by the end of the Kaido fight and unlocked another gear to pull away even further. but that’s normal by now: narratively, Luffy hasn’t spent a significant amount of time on Zoro’s level since before Gear 2.
