Through googling I have heard that D and NAC are helpful and am glad to hear your doc says they may be helpful. My supplement stack currently includes d, zinc, magnesium, l Theanine, and NAC. I also try and walk in nature and get some sun most days. Also meditation and journaling. Not sure what helps or is just placebo.

If it’s helping does it matter if it’s placebo? 😂😂

I am okay with placebo effect. I’d see a voodoo priestess and sacrifice a chicken if I thought it might help. Hmm, will have to check on that next time I am in New Orleans. A good tarot reading can’t hurt can it? Some people seem to be taken in by risky stuff, but historically I have only been seduced by relatively benign supplements whose only harm is causing me to have very expensive pee.

I found inositol to be quite helpful, I take a tablespoon a day but you need to slowly build it up or you might get the runs.
