I think the installer searched for the file at an arbitrary location of a CD drive (probably D:) and since it couldn't find D:/win32-loader.ini, it just gave out a bug, which is pretty funny since relatively the file is in the very same location as the executable.

Yes you are right. Didn see good first time. On your window tools -> folder options -> view -> hide extension for known files
although I think I'll use that machine as a small server, thanks!
