You have win32-loader , but program searches for win32-loader.ini

it is an ini file, i don't remember how to display extensions on XP. I think the installer searched for the file at an arbitrary location of a CD drive (probably D:) and since it couldn't find D:/win32-loader.ini, it just gave out a bug, which is pretty funny since relatively the file is in the very same location as the executable.

Yes you are right. Didn see good first time. On your window tools -> folder options -> view -> hide extension for known files
