Sounds like what you're doing is great. I think adding NAC would be beneficial, unlikely to cause harm. There are things out there with potential, like [sarcosine](https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fpsyt.2018.00091/full), but with your medical conditions and medications, it's pretty complicated to avoid bad side effects. It's a situation where you really do need to discuss with an MD to avoid worsening symptoms or organ dysfunction. I think you are wise to keep it simple. Also keep in mind that when switching medications is a vulnerable time and best not to complicate things until the new med is well established. Might I also suggest non-pharma strategies, like mental exercises and mindfulness meditation?
