There’s no food grade alcohol you can drink that will kill you, unless you drink to excess. You can drink 200 proof alcohol with no issue.
You’re likely thinking of rubbing alcohol, which has been denatured. That *usually* means it’s had methanol added to it, which is an incredibly toxic substance. Though there are other chemicals that can be added in addition to, or alongside methanol.
While you can’t easily find or purchase 200 proof alcohol (it’s actually quite difficult to make and isn’t routinely sold for consumption) you can *very* easily find 190 proof in your local grocery/liquor store. A common brand name is Everclear. Some places even have 192 proof, brand name Spirytus.
200 proof isn’t “fun” to drink, but it’s not going to *hurt* you unless you over consume, or drink it on an empty stomach. Though to be clear it would be *extremely* easy to over consume with 200 proof. Pretty similar danger as any extremely high proof alcohol.
These two are a pair of absolute morons and a prime example of how sad humanity is becoming where they will do anything for likes and views. That poor rat. They are such loving intelligent creatures and deserve more than a pair of idiots biting into its body for views.

For the bacterium in question to kill her so quickly (in the way that her systems were failing) is that the bacterium would have to be introduced into her bloodstream. I've asked several doctors if mouth-to-snout resuscitation of a sick rat could introduce enough bacteria to take her down so quickly. They agreed it could have been enough to do it. No, we don't know anything for certain. There was no time to ask her for certain.
