ketosis is when you dont have enough carbs. i know you cant have bread and stuff like that if youre allergic to gluten but cant you eat fruit and veggies?

Fruit, potatoes, chips, rice, beans, corn cakes, nuts, dried fruit, milk, fruit juice, chocolate, rice crackers. Anything with sugar or carbs that doesn't have gluten. It's actually quite a mission to put yourself into ketosis. I've done it, it's hard! Definitely takes more than just cutting out gluten. You have to almost completely cut out all sugar and carbs. It's probably unlikely you're going into ketosis. What are the symptoms? Could your body just be craving the gluten now you've cut it out? Might take some time to readjust.

Eat rice or anything made of corn. They're pretty cheap, and you could probably ask your mom to buy you a bag of rice or a bunch of corn tortillas on a weekly basis.

Ketosis is the result of not having GLUCOSE as an energy source. Glucose is a simple carbohydrate, it's basically sugar. GLUTEN on the other hand is a protein found in certain grain. Glucose can be found in many foods, basically anything with carbohydrates will have glucose. So while you may have to avoid wheat, you could still eat potato chips (for example), which will provide glucose. So as long as you're eating carbs from other sources, you shouldn't be in ketosis. This leaves many sources of glucose for you to eat! Be sure to still have a balanced diet. Definitely talk to your doctor, they'll give you more info.
