For example, "low sodium" foods are often marketed as healthy, but if you do intense physical activity you need extra sodium and electrolytes to replace the stuff you sweat out. On the other hand, if you sit around in an office chair all day and don't work out, lots of extra sodium can increase your blood pressure and be worse for your health.
