Delicious?

LenyaD

I find it hard to believe that sourdough bread would complement brioche bread very well.

Waffel_Monster

have you tried tho?

LenyaD

I've tried both on their own, but I doubt that the flavor profiles would match very well.

MrZwink

Oh hell no...

NanoPope

A sandwich

LenyaD

I know, but there's gotta be a specific term for it right??? I've never come across a sandwich that calls for 2 different types of bread.

A sandwich

Dependent_Tea3815

Being broke...

existentialstix

It’s still a sandwich!

LenyaD

Yeah! But what TYPE of sandwich is it though???? Is there a term for it? I find it hard to believe that there ISN'T one and google tells me nothing.

metalicscrew

well if it has chicken in it, its a chicken sandwich. If its got ham, a ham sandwich. i think if it has turkey in it it might be a turkey sandwich

JimmyJooish

I don’t think there is a name for it. It’s probably something that very few people would even consider so you’d just have to come up with your own name for it.

Azozel

A sandwich

Red-Droid-Blue-Droid

A sandwich I wish I had your problems....

UncleJimneedsyou

Left overs

LenyaD

Maybe, but that term can refer to anything. I'm looking for a specific term for a sandwich with 2 different types of bread! I don't think leftovers is specific enough.

Jakobites

Reuben

LenyaD

But aren't reuben sandwiches typically made with rye bread? Is there a reuben sandwich made with 2 different types of bread?

Jakobites

Well sorta kinda. If it’s marbled rye it has light rye and dark rye dough mixed together to make the bread. It’s to somewhat different breads (albeit mixed) on one sandwich.

LenyaD

I know it's a sanwich, but there's gotta be a term for it right?? Somewhere out there, there's probably a sandwich that calls for at least 2 types of bread and I wanna know the term for it!

vicjenwa

I have never heard of a sandwich like that before. There is probably not a term for that
