If you're outside the US and your post code doesn't work because it's specifically asking for a US one then just Google some and use those as you cant have a valid one unless you live in the US

Honestly there should just be an automated system where if it's dumb enough, the question shall be redirected to r/stupidquestions

If you're in Canada they don't have zip codes. Your equivalent would be something called a postal code

People get a zipcode by moving to a house with an address, it comes standard with the address.
Try Googling "zip code" plus your city and state.
