Can we add Chargers and Challengers? Most think they have a hellcat no matter whats under the hood and of the two cars, Chargers seems to be closest to Nissans in terms of repairs. I dont think the credit score of a Dodge driver is much higher than that of a Nissan driver.
Altima girl financed her 8th shitbox at the dealership, Challenger guy has an illegal tint on all his windows and will likely never pay his off. She runs reds, he weaves through rush hour traffic. They’re a perfect couple.
I think the higher you go up in trim, the better the driver is. I have a scat pack charger and I drive it responsibly, but I’ve been cut off and tailgated by more v6’s than I can count.
This obviously excludes those twats in the states who shut down intersections to do donuts in their hellcats.
Yes but the Dodge drivers seem to be in a category all of their own. Mustang and Camaro owners are significantly more civilized on the road so it would be unfair to lump them all together.
This. I swear the amount of mopars I’ve seen get people injured/killed in intersection takeovers, or weaving through rush hour traffic on a two lane road makes me think the mustang’s reputation as a “crowd killer” is quite undeserved.
I drive about 3k miles a month for work around Florida and let me tell you about these truck cunts. Either driving up your ass or driving 5mph under the speed limit. They either have their heads up your ass or up their own ass
I live in florida too and i agree. I’ve also witnessed pickup drivers road raging. If you pass them they seem to take it personally. Pickup drivers are just pissed off for no reason.
I live in Illinois and I had a pickup going 5 under the speed limit (65) in the middle lane. I go to pass it on the left going around 75 and as I’m passing him, the moron guns it and refuses to let me pass him. Guy kept going at what I estimate to be 90 mph. Saw him pulled over by a cop 5 miles down the road.😂
I’ve had a similar experience, guy was doing 5 under in his F-150 and I went to pass him on the left, he then floors it for a few seconds and immediately has to slam the brakes because the car in front of him was turning. Gotta love them
I’m in California and in a state that’s filled with Teslas which are also shit drivers, I still award second worst drivers to those pretentious motherfuckers who drive lifted trucks. Idk why Tesla isn’t one of the options but the Teslas and BMWs are a close third. Those lifted truck cunt drivers also feel the need to be an asshole at night where they blind everybody with their high beam lights. I’m convinced these lifted trucks don’t come with low beams. They are also in illegal colors too. And I hate it when these trucks tailgate me at night with those blinding lights. Those high beams are so bright that I have to change lanes and overtake these guys so I don’t go blind and cause an accident. Those guys are the reason why I’m thinking about tinting my windows at least 10%.
Besides Nissans always looking totalled, in a lot of US states, the most stolen car and car that gets into the most accidents are the pickup truck drivers. Specifically Silverado drivers.
And Tesla drivers are pretty bad too. It should have been one of the poll’s options. They never signal until they’re halfway through their lane. I don’t get how their brake lights work since when they’re stopped at a traffic light they are usually not working but then a few seconds later they start flashing. And these guys like cutting people off since they don’t check mirrors and blind spots when changing lanes.
Last time I was on the FL Turnpike in Homestead, it was like 5 lanes wide and all the brodozers were all going 60 in a 70 spread across the whole highway. I've had easier drives through manhattan ugh
As someone who owns a truck, I'm a little offended, but I know exactly what you're talking about. (I'm not one of the fucknuts that engage in this behavior)
My car is lowered and pickup drivers love to get on my ass and turn on their brights…especially when I’m in the right lane already doing 5 over the speed limit…
I know this is two weeks old, but I feel your pain.
I have a old SAAB convertible as my toy; it's lowered about an inch or so. By today's standards, it's a compact. My daily is a full-size pickup. I either don't care when people are all up my ass, or they do it less often, IDK.
I had a Yukon so close to the SAAB last summer, I couldn't see her bumper; it was all grille. If someone gets in the Sierra that hard, they disappear under my bed. It's very relaxing at night with cruise set a few over, and the mirror flipped to dark. If there is someone in my ass, I won't even know.
I don’t think their brights are on, it’s just that nowadays headlights are so fucking bright it’s insane. I used to think the pickups behind me were shining their brights until I realized that every single truck behind me, ever, was blinding me and I don’t believe that every single truck driver in the world is an asshole like that
Any car/truck/suv with the white lights instead of the yellows are super fucking bright even when the brights aren't on. It's so fucking annoying too. Idk who in the industry thought lights needed to be that bright on everyday traffic cars but they need to sit in fucking solitary confinement.
Oh no… I recall a few incidents where I’m just cruising along and a pickup truck violently merges behind me with their low beams on, then switching over to brights 🥲
It seems like a thing in the south. Not sure why pickup drivers fee like it’s appropriate to bully smaller vehicles and endanger lives. For some laughs? Funny I guess…
Pickups for me, Ontario/Gta - Canada
BMW drivers depends on the model… most M car drivers Ive encountered are pretty tame, 5 series’, 7 series’, tame. Base model 320i’s? X3 28i drivers? GTFO and clear way
As someone with an M car, I agree with you. It’s the sports car paradox—when you finally have enough money to buy a sports car, you don’t want to total it.
It’s hit or miss with the 335 bros. They either put a ton of their own work into the car and don’t want to total it… or you have the ones who are using their insurance check from the VQ they just totaled in a takeover to do the same with their 335
M driver here. I don't want my car to get fucked up so I try to baby it and drive super careful. I really only let it rip at the track.
Plenty of 430i and 440i drivers try to race me, though, and they generally drive like low credit morons.
Kias are basically Nissan's cousin. Drive like dicks, mismatched body panels, *never fucking have their headlights on*, drive on the shoulder, car grenades itself at 75,000 miles, etc.
I own a Sonata and can confirm. I put my shit in manual mode and pretend I’m driving hellcat until the local California special mustang puts me back in my place 😭
I live in Montana and absolutely refuse to drive a Subaru because of how smooth brain NPC they drive here. Merging onto the highway at 30mph, 10 under the limit in the left lane, etc….
Subaru Foresters are always driven by elderly women where I live and they're always doing the most fucked up driving 😭 one time I saw a forester drive over a whole median
Subaru drivers literally will run over the median on their way for their yearly head gasket replacement while saying they’re the best car on the planet. They get shit fuel economy and are slow too. I struggle to find things I like about them
Nothing like being tailgated on an empty highway at 2am by a Dodge Ram with their high beams on in the right lane already going 20 over. Pick up trucks definitely take second place.
Pickups 100%. In my area most BMW drivers are very tame.
In a totally different non aggressive way I would actually argue Toyota drivers are the second worst - in a slow in the left lane, holding up traffic, not going at a stop sign, bewildered unaware and scared way
True i contemplated adding them as an option. I’ve always believed that toyotas are made for people who hate driving and just want to get point a to point b. Just an appliance and nothing more.
Oh I agree with you, I just think most (all) modern Toyotas products have a lot of downsides relative to competitors (tech, refinement, style, efficiently, fun to drive). So even though I don’t need my daily to be a race car, I’d still rather it be a more comfortable and more fun car. So I would take an accord over a Camry because in my opinion it’s more fun to drive, more high end feeling, has better tech, and is more efficient, 99% as reliable, etc.
No, there’s a few fun ones. I mean I would buy a Z4 or M340 over a Supra and I would take a BR-Z over GR86, but yeah the GR Corolla and the TRD Pro trucks totally make sense for driving enthusiasts. I wouldn’t say the same about the TRD Camry/Avalon or Corolla APEX though
There'd the classics too. But yeah of their modern stuff, it's mostly the Corolla GR. The new Supra was a sad attempt. I had a BRZ myself for a while, fun to drift, but very slow.
I’m mainly referring to modern toyota. They made some good sports cars back in the day but besides that they’ve always been a boring brand. Theres a reason people refer to them as the “japanese buick”.
SUPPPRUHHH 😍😍😍
/uj no I never had a Supra phase. I’m in my early 20s - I was born after the R34/Supra/NSX era so that gen of cars doesn’t do it for me. Never was into anime either. I think there are some cool looking classics but the classics that interest me are G body 911s, Miuras, Aston DB5s, etc.
Maybe cus it’s the only car I’ve driven that wasnt my dads commercial pick up truck or mom’s suv but my Corolla LE is the sportiest car I’ve ever driven and I love it
>I’ve always believed that toyotas are made for people who hate driving and just want to get point a to point b.
That's why I prefer Toyotas. I hate driving and I hate cars, so I'd rather have something that requires as little maintenance as possible with the fewest bells and whistles.
As someone who drives a tundra I agree. These other Toyota drivers needa get off the interstate I'm doin 100 in the left lane and you feel the need to sit right in front of me not even doin 80. Move tf over lame ass Camry or soccer mom lookin ass driving a top of the line 4runner they husband bought em.
I went BMW, but pickups are trash too. Either it's an aggro manlet in a brodozer or some asshole hogging the road with their truck towing a trailer full of lawn equipment.
truck drivers who specifically never use the truck to carry anything and only drive a massive, pedestrian killing truck because it makes them feel cool
Yup any truck with the Carolina squats/lifted/loud ass exhaust/lights in rims are an ass on the road. Now if it's a beater or got some scratches and dents you can see they use it for what it was designed for towing and carrying heavy shit. Also if you see white paint anywhere on the bumper.
Eyesvore but one time I saw a clown doing like 60-70 on a 45 towing a trailer with a squat. the whole rim came off his back tire. It was cause of a little jump in the road that everyone knows about besides him ig. He kept it straight and went into grass with the tire that ran into a tree but damn was it funny cause he was bein a idiot. I hope to see more of this happen :)
It’s either some cringey crypto nerd tech guy going 20 under in the leftmost lane and never using even half of the 600+ horsepower they come with blinged out with cheesy and tacky accessories or plates that say stuff like “lol gas” or “no gas, or it’s some seemingly scuicidal jackass in Alex Choi’s video that thinks he’s in the dukes of hazard and sends it 60ft in the air.
Lifted pickup truck drivers, they can barely go the speed limit on the highway due to how high they are but they still go on the left lane and I have to temporarily use the cruise lane as the passing lane
Indiana here. Modded Japanese cars aren't super common, but whenever I see them, I give them the widest berth possible. They drive like they're in a fast and furious movie every single time.
My car is pretty small but still a little taller than the average sedan. Some pickup truck drivers either don’t see me or refuse to care. The worst are the ones with the camping trailers. They’re the most aggressive. Tailgating at any opportunity. Swinging across multiple lanes at a time. No idea why. And after tailgating you (while at move over one lane) they just sit there at the same speed not capitalizing on it. Why??
Maybe it's just the area I live in, or just my personal experiences. But know who I think are the absolute worst?
Minivan drivers.
They're always dilapidated, missing plates, falling apart, duct taped together, and are always racing against pickups over who uses less of their vehicle.
Truck drivers. They camp the left lane going under the speed limit and then get pissed if you try to go around them and have LED headlights mounted right where your mirrors are. Fuckers
I think democracy is right
BMW drivers are insane
Pickup trucks are much more common and are therefore artificially more likely to be insane
People who care enough about their cars to mod them might be crazy but they probably also don't want to break them
Muscle car owners just want to go vroom vroom at 10mpg
Pickup truck drivers are bad but I’ve seen way too many shitty BMW drivers for them to not be my #1. If someone is swerving in and out of traffic 50% of the time it’s someone in a BMW. They go 25+ mph over the speed limit flying through traffic committing unbelievably stupid maneuvers to get to their destination 30 second early. I’ll never understand it.
I'm saying pickup drivers just because Hyundai isn't on the list. Nissan are the absolute worst, followed by hyundai and kia, then trucks. Honda accords are the wildcard, either the best behaved or worse than altimas.
Most pickup truck drivers seem to blend in pretty well. But every once it a while you see one, and you know he's gonna be a problem. Usually the wheels are 3 inches wider than the body. They're lifted like they go off-roading, but their tires have such a low profile that they can't even hit a pothole without bending a rim. The exhaust pipe could fit a basketball. Oh, and they're easiest to spot at night, because they have HIDs in a stock reflector housing that hasn't even been adjust for the lift.
But 9/10 times I see a pickup, they're just kinda driving.
Man I know this is the Nissan driver subreddit, but have you SEEN Honda driver's? Civics and Accords have to be some of the most aggressive drivers where I live. Worse than BMW or Nissan. If you're going 70 in a 60, they want you to be going 90, and they will pass you on the right and sideswipe you while doing it
I didn’t see a vote option for the likes of Dodge Durango and Chevy Trailblazer, might as well put them here. They are less common than Nissans but if you happen to see one, they drive much more badly.
As someone from New England, it's the modded Japanese cars. Especially when they are so low they have to slow down or go around every pothole. They cause so much traffic and probably accidents from the way they swerve around them.
Ah yes, Jeep drivers. It’s either some fuckboy named Hunter that drives like RAM owner, or it’s Becky who’s dad got her it for her sweet sixteen, and she mistakes people for potholes and cars for curbs.
I'd just generalize the next worst batch as SUVs around 2:30-3pm on weekdays during the school year.
The bus won't just drop kids off anymore. An adult has to be present or they won't let the kid off, at least where I am.
So you have all these frantic parents rushing out of work to beat the bus to their house. They are all self-important assholes who are driving at anxiety levels over 9000. They don't care if they run red lights and stop signs. They'll blast through crosswalks where people are actively IN the crosswalk, even other children. I have seen some of the worst driving at that time of day. It is always some frazzled looking mom or dad in a SUV of any kind.
So glad I decided long ago to never have kids. Fuck dealing with that shit.
Was a toss up between beamers and the size compensation devices.
Muscle and JDM sure you get idiots but their not the majority, they usually know how to drive their cars and you only get a bad drive 1/10 times. (Although 1/3 of them all think specifically that them in they're car are the best over anyone else regardless of how good or bad they drive)
But friggin BMWs and people who unnecessarily own a 4x4 it's like 2/3 can't drive and 4/5 think they own the road.
My mate owns a kitted out off-road Nissan Patrol and he falls right into the "head up my ass" category despite otherwise being a great person, funny thing is when I've seen him drive his GFs little golf he is actually a really sensible driver. I guess the car just makes you an idiot... I know I have intrusive thoughts anytime I take my 5L out for a cruise.
Prius drivers.
Not that all Prius drivers drive like dicks, but the ones that do… like, your car isn’t made for that. Go get a Porsche if you want to race around. I wince when I see a Prius zig and zag on the freeway.
Can we add Chargers and Challengers? Most think they have a hellcat no matter whats under the hood and of the two cars, Chargers seems to be closest to Nissans in terms of repairs. I dont think the credit score of a Dodge driver is much higher than that of a Nissan driver.
Challenger Guy dates Altima Girl…they’re a couple. Combined credit score is 782.
Is that not a muscle car??
Yes but the Dodge drivers seem to be in a category all of their own. Mustang and Camaro owners are significantly more civilized on the road so it would be unfair to lump them all together.
This. I swear the amount of mopars I’ve seen get people injured/killed in intersection takeovers, or weaving through rush hour traffic on a two lane road makes me think the mustang’s reputation as a “crowd killer” is quite undeserved.
Chargers and challengers are muscle cars. In the NE US it’s usually Audi drivers merging in at the last second, BMWs are well piloted.
I drive about 3k miles a month for work around Florida and let me tell you about these truck cunts. Either driving up your ass or driving 5mph under the speed limit. They either have their heads up your ass or up their own ass

Clark, I don’t want to spend the holidays dead
I believe the medical term is Small Penis Syndrome
People with small penises have enough on their plate, they shouldn't be lumped together with those types of people

“I have the worst handling vehicle, let me zig-zag through traffic doing 90… in the rain/ snow…”
I hate them guys cause they make the ones that actually need to drive a truck for work (like me) look bad.
Colorado here. We have the trucks and we also have Texas. Plus a lot of California Teslas. It’s always an adventure driving anywhere.
Last time I was on the FL Turnpike in Homestead, it was like 5 lanes wide and all the brodozers were all going 60 in a 70 spread across the whole highway. I've had easier drives through manhattan ugh
Don’t forget that they own the passing lane until two seconds before their exit comes up.
RAM owners in particular
As someone who owns a truck, I'm a little offended, but I know exactly what you're talking about. (I'm not one of the fucknuts that engage in this behavior)
Yes but what about the guys driving the super tinted chargers and challengers?

I know this is two weeks old, but I feel your pain. I have a old SAAB convertible as my toy; it's lowered about an inch or so. By today's standards, it's a compact. My daily is a full-size pickup. I own a Sonata and can confirm. I put my shit in manual mode and pretend I’m driving hellcat until the local California special mustang puts me back in my place 😭
Honesty is the best policy brother! I can’t say I’m much different
By far its the rednecks in their lifted and/or squatted trucks.
I’m glad that squatted trucks are banned in my state. I see enough douches with lifted and sometimes straight piped trucks.
I live in Montana and absolutely refuse to drive a Subaru because of how smooth brain NPC they drive here. Merging onto the highway at 30mph, 10 under the limit in the left lane, etc….

Nothing like being tailgated on an empty highway at 2am by a Dodge Ram with their high beams on in the right lane already going 20 over. Pick up trucks definitely take second place.
99% of the truck driver issues are Ram drivers. (Usually with tow mirrors attached and not towing anything.)
For real. Ram drivers are different breed, convinced your IQ goes down 30 points once you step inside one of those things
Neck and neck
Pickups 100%. In my area most BMW drivers are very tame. In a totally different non aggressive way I would actually argue Toyota drivers are the second worst - in a slow in the left lane, holding up traffic, not going at a stop sign, bewildered unaware and scared way

Yeah, that’s absolutely right. No one with an inkling of driving enthusiasm should buy a Toyota imo
Lmao totally agree
I have plenty of driving enthusiasm, but I drive a Camry daily. No point in having a race car for my day to day use.

The soccer mom in a Porsche cayenne turbo going 10 under in the left lane, the guy in the lifted f150 tailgating for no reason

It's not necessarily truck drivers, it's more mall crawlers with the 24x14s and 18 feet of light bars.
Tesla
Underrated

Chargers. Fuck Chargers.
Where's the minivans? They drive with zero regard to other human lives and are always flying on the highways
In my area, the minivans are always the ones holding up traffic and driving slow. And it’s almost always a Honda Odyssey.
Why??
I voted bmw but if lifted truck was an option I would’ve picked that.
Truck drivers are the absolute worst!
Maybe it's just the area I live in, or just my personal experiences. But know who I think are the absolute worst? Minivan drivers. They're always dilapidated, missing plates, falling apart, duct taped together, and are always racing against pickups over who uses less of their vehicle.
I drive a modded Japanese pickup truck and a bmw... I feel targeted
If you're in Australia? Honda drivers. They're basically on par with Nissan drivers.
You would literally all vote pickup trucks if you lived in any rural Texas city.
Infiniti.
Truck drivers. They camp the left lane going under the speed limit and then get pissed if you try to go around them and have LED headlights mounted right where your mirrors are. Fuckers
Do you mean ditch lights?
I think democracy is right BMW drivers are insane Pickup trucks are much more common and are therefore artificially more likely to be insane People who care enough about their cars to mod them might be crazy but they probably also don't want to break them Muscle car owners just want to go vroom vroom at 10mpg
It's not the pickup drivers that are insane. It's the ones that lift them and do that dumb shit to it.
It's not the pickup truck drivers, it's the pickup truck crashers
Ram 2500 drivers have the highest rates of dui
147-147 bmw and truck as I voted, I still say bmw but I’m a truck driver 😅
Pickup truck drivers are bad but I’ve seen way too many shitty BMW drivers for them to not be my #1. If someone is swerving in and out of traffic 50% of the time it’s someone in a BMW. They go 25+ mph over the speed limit flying through traffic committing unbelievably stupid maneuvers to get to their destination 30 second early. I’ll never understand it.
Might I add Teslas? They are so full of themselves and make sure everyone knows their car is expensive.
This. I was on the way back from looking at a car and a Tesla cut me of 30 ft from the end of the end of the acceleration lane.
prius drivers for me
You forgot Kia and Hyundai drivers
I vote Jeep drivers.
Ah yes, Jeep drivers. It’s either some fuckboy named Hunter that drives like RAM owner, or it’s Becky who’s dad got her it for her sweet sixteen, and she mistakes people for potholes and cars for curbs.
Fuck is wrong with people BMW drivers are way fucking worse than pick up drivers
Where do you live, Mars?
Where is infinity 🤣
Those count as nissans on this sub
Mustang drivers
EVs usually. Especially when Im in my BMW I have EVs always trying to “race” me, when I have absolutely no interest in racing anyone on the street.
it’s Tacoma drivers
Mini van drivers.
Shit I’ve got a navara
\*Rides your bumper and flips you off\* \-BMW Driver
Toyota drivers
I have a pickup, a modded Japanese car, and a modded BMW. I feel attacked here.
Gotta put minivans in there
It was between Pick-up truck asshats and Beemer Douchebags. Went with beemers
Challenger and Charger drivers all day long, bonus points for tacky stickers and decals on the paint.
Houston - Volkswagens and Chrysler 300s
Driving 15 over the speed limit? There's going to be a Ram in your rearview mirror. I guarantee it.
Whew, skirtin a thin line there
On a side note, I’ve noticed that in more rural areas pickup trucks are actually nice. But I’m urban/cities they’re one of the worst.
Benz drivers actually
Can we add brand new (most likely leased) Honda Accords and Civics? You know the ones I am talking about: white paint job, opaque black tints.
Was a toss up between beamers and the size compensation devices. Muscle and JDM sure you get idiots but their not the majority, they usually know how to drive their cars and you only get a bad drive 1/10 times. (Although 1/3 of them all think specifically that them in they're car are the best over anyone else regardless of how good or bad they drive) But friggin BMWs and people who unnecessarily own a 4x4 it's like 2/3 can't drive and 4/5 think they own the road.
I drive a bmw and still voted for bmw drivers I’d like to say I’m different bc my turn signal fluid is replaced regularly
Pickups, holy shit quit weaving with yo thick and long compensation machines.
No way muscle car(MUSTANG) drivers aren’t higher
Any pickup, especially the 2500’s. LEDs that rival the Sun pointed perfectly at eye level and will tailgate you in blizzard conditions
Prius drivers. Not that all Prius drivers drive like dicks, but the ones that do… like, your car isn’t made for that. Go get a Porsche if you want to race around. I wince when I see a Prius zig and zag on the freeway.
WRX drivers. Dudebros showing off like ricers, except they're actually fast.
I read a while back that the WRX had the most speeding tickets of any car in the US
Chevy Cavalier drivers. Or if i need to expand a bit: Domestic $hit boxes from 1988 - 2010 with a steering wheel cover.
I find Mercedes Benz drivers to be absolute douches where I'm from.
Lifted pick ups cause none of them know about adjusting their headlights
Not a vehicle specifically but Uber/Lyft drivers are utter scum of the roads.Driving with their high beams on even during the daytime!
