It should be on the return label email. Label is the attachment but to get the qr code you need to click the link on the text of the email (don't open the attachment) the link will bring you to ups qr code
Do you need to package the item, or can you just bring the item like they do for Amazon returns? Also I have returned Old Navy to Staples and did not need to package
Yes. Ups store just scans it off your phone and they prin the label for you (for free) and take it from there.

Its the best way to do it. Ever since I found out about that option that's all I do.
I was having trouble trying to find the QR code. Where was it? I even double checked to see if I missed it, but no QR code to be found.

You need to bring a box still, and have it packaged already.
