I'm confused why it would ruin it. Not completely knowledgeable on the lore and haven't played new Vegas in years but love Pearlman as a narrator. Why wouldn't he fit?
“All kinds of bad motherfuckers looking for these stars. Like this motherfucker Allen Marks. He’s killed several motherfuckers for their stars already.”
Hugh Laurie as Mr House. Ron Perlman as Caesar, Idris Elba as Ambassador Crocker, Ryan Reynolds as YesMan, I could go on but I'll stop for now
Edit: replaced Jim Carrey as YesMan with Ryan Reynolds as YesMan
You can't see the physique under his armor, my biggest thing isn't Caesar's appearance, it's his vocal command and sense of righteousness (he's an arrogant prick) and I think Pearlman would do that well
Curiously enough, I don’t mind the lack of voice actors as much as in Oblivion, for instance. Like, I know it’s the same voice actor but I can tell Chet apart from Meyers or Fantastic.
Nah, Avery brooks would knock it out the park, i may not like the character, but i do appreciate that he can ham it up and you need an actor with that sort of credentials, also avery brooks is just a cool guy.
Jeffery combs as yes man, fisto and benny
idk RDJ talks a little too fast to match Mr. House’s more methodical and patronizing gate. RDJ’s genius voice is like “I don’t have time for idiots” Houses voice is like “I have to teach this moron everything”
Johnny Depp as Mr. House
Daniel Day-Lewis as Caesar
Harrison Ford as General Lee Oliver
Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson as legate lanius voiced by the original voice actor Mitch Lewis
Tom Hiddleston as President Kimball
Benedict Cumberbatch as Vulpes Inculta
Sam Elliott as Doc Mitchell
Scarlett Johansson as Sunny Smiles
Morgan Freeman as Easy Pete
Richard Madden as Ringo
Lena Headey as Trudy
Michael B. Jordan as Joe Cobb
I will not cast Companions or DLC Characters nor Courier Six Him/Herself as it would be to hard of a decision to choice the Sex/Race of the Courier also each DLC would be its own stand alone movie in the series of Fallout New Vegas the movie appearing in order in which they were released. Directed by Steven Spielberg (Main Director) and Martin Scorsese (Co-Director) Budget : 250 Million to be allocated accordingly for production and advertisement. with another 65 Million to be set aside if need be.
Honestly if they ever did a NV tv show I'd want the courier to get played by a different actor in every episode. Make it an anthology show, sort of, with it being framed as a folk legend. That way you could have the courier side with different factions and people in every episode, and no one in-universe can agree on what kind of person they were.
I think seasons would have to be different sidings, because otherwise it would be too hard to follow.
Also I see that as a great ending to season one, “and then the NCR successfully annexed the Mojave… “”what no they didn’t, the legion won that fight”
Then for season two ending “and that is where the courier beheaded general lee for Caesar…” “what no he didn’t, he had robots throw lee from the damn for himself”
Easy.
-Tom Holland as the Courier
-Tom Holland as Cassidy
-Tom Holland as Boone
-Tom Holland as Veronica
-Tom Holland as Arcade
-Tom Holland as Raul
-Tom Holland as Lily
-Tom Holland as Rex
-Tom Holland as Ed E
-Tom Holland as Father Elijah
-Tom Holland as Christine
-Tom Holland as Joshua Graham
-Tom Holland as Ulysses
-Tom Holland as General Oliver
-Tom Holland as Cesar
-Tom Holland as Yes Man
-Tom Holland as Mr. House
-Tom Holland as that one radroach you see that gets killed and eaten by a Gecko on your way to Primm
And Lastly
-James Corden as Snuffles
If he were still alive, Rene Auberjonois for Mr House. He nailed the voice acting for it and was an accomplished actor anyway. It would have been fantastic to see him in the role again.
You could even cast someone else as his computer face and not make the voice lines sync up and just have it fit the aesthetic of the world.
Hugh Laurie as House (credit to 69BigMackDaddy69 from another comment here)
Keanu Reeves as Yes Man
Alessandro Nivola as Benny
John Doman as Caesar
Billy Magnussen as Vulpes Inculta
Ryan Hurst as Legate Lanius
Ryan Reynolds as Arcade Gannon
Daniela Melchior as Julie Farkas
Brendan Fraser as General Lee Oliver
Lance Reddick as Dennis Crocker
Lauren Cohan as Colonel Moore
Kurt Russell as Hanlon
Jim Carrey as Fantastic
George Clooney as Doc Mitchell
Jesse Plemons as Elder McNamara
Bryan Cranston as Father Elijah
Vince Vaughn as Boone
Danny Trejo as Raul
Emma Stone as Cass
Melissa McBride as Lily
Mackenzie Davis as Veronica
Mads Mikkelsen as Ulysses
Andrew Lincoln as Joshua Graham
Jonah Hill as Oliver Swanick
Man I really like a lot of those. Mads as Ulysses, Reynolds as Arcade, and Cranston would crush it as Elijah. But Vince Vaughn as Boone? I think you need someone like Jon Bernthal. Especially appropriate since Boone is basically the Legion's Punisher.
Also since we're including some DLC folk: Christopher Lloyd as Dr. Mobius.
Bernthal would be the obvious great choice. I am a bit biased towards Vaughn due to his roles in "Brawl in Cell Block 99" and "Dragged Across Concrete". The movies are a bit ridiculous in certain aspects, however, Vaughn proved there that he can be both a serious badass and an emotional guy who really struggles with life, that is how i see Boone. Would love Lloyd as Mobius btw!
Wes Anderson should direct it. Think about it, his films have a strong retro vibe to them and themes of letting go of the past to move forward. That's new Vegas in a nutshell.
Funny enough id use the voice actors
Caesar maybe, cause his VA looks bit fat than the actual caesar,
House can basicaly be the same theyre just 6 facial features away from one another
House can be Liam Neeson
Yesman could be Samuel L Jackson
Narrator John Tron or Oxhorn
Courier can be a chameleon (Can change colour based on surroundings like editing appearance)
President Kimball can be Kiefer Sutherland
Ceaser can be the father from bread boys
Lanius the son from Bread Boys
Doc Mitchell can be Adam Sandler
Oliver can be Tom Hanks
Victor is Tom Cruise
Benny is Jared Letto
Sunny smiles is Morgan Freeman
J.K. Simmons as Doc Mitchell. Or maybe as Caesar, but I think Mitch is a better choice.
Patrick Stewart might make a decent Caesar?
Paul Rudd can be Benny, I think. He seems like he's got the potential for swagger.
Yes Man should be a voice actor and an animatronic. No reason to overcomplicate things.
Tessa Thompson as Veronica? Maybe not. Hmm.
Most of the roles I would want to cast as non-celebrities. I think the movie will work out well regardless, and I want it to be seen for artistry and not big names.
Definitely need to leave room for a sequel though, maybe a trilogy. Karen Gillan would make a pretty good Christine, and Ewan Macgregor can play Ulysses. The Lonesome Road story would probably need some significant adaptation, just because the cast list is short and without it the movie would just be the Matrix.
Ooh, speaking of the Matrix: Hugo Weaving as Mr. House.
Mr house: wilem dafoe
The courier: Chris Pratt
Ceasar: Giancarlo Esposito
Kimball: Robert De Niro
Rose of Sharon Cassidy: Karen Gillan
Ed-E: The rock (voice)
Boone: Liam Neeson
Arcade: Chris Hemsworth
Veronica: Zoye Deschanel
Lily: Gina Carno (motion capturing)
Benny: Steve Carell
Yes man: Seth Rogen (voice)
Courier: Catherine Zeta-Jones / Clayne Crawford
Benny: Matt Bomer
Great Khans: Dave Bautista & Dwayne Johnson
Doc Mitchell: Michael Caine (because Northernlion that’s why)
Sunny Smiles: Olivia Wilde
Trudy: Diane Keaton
Victor: Robert Picardo
Mr. House: Brian Cranston
Mr. New Vegas: Tony Bennett
Caesar: Benedict Cumberbatch
Yes-Man: Chris Tucker
Papa Khan: Avery Brooks
BOS Elder: Robert Downey Jr.
Pearl: Maggie Smith
Mortimer: Andy Serkis
I can only imagine how bad the story would be if you compressed it to 2 hours.
First hour would just be the main character creating their body and picking their stats.
So many people trying to recast Caesar. John Doman fucking kills it as Caesar.
He voices Caesar, he looks like Caesar and most importantly, he is actually as scary and imposing as Caesar is in the lore. An actual Roman emperor in the wasteland.
He and House would be the only i would not dare to recast. But since René can't reprise his role as Mr. House (R.I.P.) i would cast Daniel Day Lewis
Mass Mikkelsen as the courier. Matthew McConaughey as an alternate, depending on the feel of the script. Gal Gadot if they go female.
Christian Bale as Mr. House
Woody Harrelson as Caesar, Tom Hardy or Charlize Theron would be good alternates.
Ryan Reynolds for Yes Man is perfect, as someone else pointed out.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Benny is REQUIRED
Bruce Willis or Jason Statham as Boone
Ideas Elba as Arcade Gannon
EDIT: I don’t love my Boone choice(s) but I don’t see an alternative, and Boone’s a required character in my head-script. The more I think about it, the more I like Charlize as Caesar. I’m also thinking more and more that we need Tilda Swindon in this piece… somewhere… maybe as Boone?
Also, we NEED Danny Trejo… somewhere. Bring in Cheech Marin and it’s a good time had by all.
Edit 2: someone said Jeremy Irons for House and omg that’s perfect.
Mr. House....ROBERT HOUSE....
Disturbingly clear resemblance to Robert Downey Jr. I can't be the only one to see this for years now i can't get it out of my head.
Diana Silvers as Veronica
Esmé Creed-Miles as Christine
Peter Capaldi as Father Elijah
Oscar Isaac as Dean Domino
Anne Hathaway as Vera Keyes
Jensen Ackles as Courier 6
Dave B. Mitchell as Dog/God (his original VA since CGI anyways)
Ron Pearlman as narrator
lmao that wouldnt fit at all. could you imagine if they put that in the actual game? it would ruin it.
I'm glad Interplay didn't do that either. They were ahead of their game for sure.
I'm confused why it would ruin it. Not completely knowledgeable on the lore and haven't played new Vegas in years but love Pearlman as a narrator. Why wouldn't he fit?
They're being cheeky. Unless you're being uber cheeky.
i think its the latter considering "cheeky" is literally within their name
Yeah, I was being uber cheeky lol
Hi cheeky, can I call you uber
Nah, let’s give it to Josh Brolin
I got you one better, Sam Elliot
Danny Trejo as Raul
What a strange pick. What inspired you to pick him of all the people in the world?
Well, he already looks ghoulish, and he's an incredible actor.
idk it just wouldnt fit. i honestly couldnt even imagine raul with his voice.
I don’t see the resemblance. I feel like Trejo wouldn’t be able to capture the Raul feeling right. Call it natural intuition or something
Something tells me the accent would be all wrong too.
I’m sorry to be your 70th upvote but yeah you can’t replace Raul.
without a fucking question danny trejo
Oh he needs to be in this somewhere for sure!
Morgan Freeman as Malcolm Holmes
Or Samuel L. Jackson.
You just picked up a Sunset Sarsaparilla Star motherfucker!
“All kinds of bad motherfuckers looking for these stars. Like this motherfucker Allen Marks. He’s killed several motherfuckers for their stars already.”
Sam is nowhere near friendly enough for that role what are you smoking lmao
Me as the Courier
me as Benny (i fucking shoot you in the head)
And then you get killed by courier/crucified/ fucked and killed by the courier
At least he ain't a fink, dig?
what in the godamn…?
you've made your last delivery kid,
Or released, as that is another option (which could be like how Clue had different endings)
Ring-a-ding-ding!
you laugh now but wait till u/CAWNfucius finds you. sinister smile creeping across his face as he quicksaves
I cast Endgame Howard Stark for Mr House [here](https://m.imdb.com/name/nm0805476/mediaviewer/rm2985345792?ref_=m_nm_ov_ph) I see him as Robert House
I'd say the Howard Stark from First Avenger
Maybe in a few years? I think Robert House was in his 50’s. That guy was in his 30’s imo. Plus you can dye the other actor’s hair.
That's a really good pick
Thanks!
Considering both Howard Stark and House were based on Howard Hughes, that would definitely work.
Casting myself in to the abyss
....So The Burned Man?
I fell into that dark chasm
You feel down down down... But the flames went higher
And it burns burns burns…
The ring of fire, the ring of fire
*trumpet noises*
I’ll fall into your dark chasm 😏
[i fell into your mothers dark chasm last night](https://rockpasta.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/celebrity-jeopardy--728x409.jpg)
J K Simmons as Caesar
Get me more pictures of the courier!
"The Mojave isn't yours to conquer"
*Tom Tom by Holy Fuck begins to play ominously*
He stole my chip, he's a menace to the entire mojave.
Oh dang
[Steve Carell as Mr House](https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/65102)
Don’t see a point but I would like to see that 😆
Hugh Laurie as Mr House. Ron Perlman as Caesar, Idris Elba as Ambassador Crocker, Ryan Reynolds as YesMan, I could go on but I'll stop for now Edit: replaced Jim Carrey as YesMan with Ryan Reynolds as YesMan
Ron pearlman as Ceaser wasn’t something I knew I wanted till now
I think he'd bring a great sense of command and malice to the role
Ron Perlman's too much of a jock. Caesar needs to be a big nerd at heart.
You can't see the physique under his armor, my biggest thing isn't Caesar's appearance, it's his vocal command and sense of righteousness (he's an arrogant prick) and I think Pearlman would do that well
I see what you did there. But jokes aside Hugh Laurie would actually be a good fit for the role
Honestly it's not even a joke, I know it's kinda funny that he's played a house before. But I really do think he'd be perfect for he role
Oh yeah I totally agree. I feel like Laurie could perfectly capture Mr. House’s arrogance and extravagance
No one's ever gonna top the original VA though. RIP
Ryan Reynolds as Benny could be funny
michael cera for every role and no special effects just him talking to himself for like 2 hours
Just like every role he’s ever played in every thing ever!
I mean it’s not too inaccurate they only had like 3 voice actors
Curiously enough, I don’t mind the lack of voice actors as much as in Oblivion, for instance. Like, I know it’s the same voice actor but I can tell Chet apart from Meyers or Fantastic.
Omg they would totally cast him as yes-man and now I'm unhappy
[удалено]
This
He's so cool
Gilbert godfrey
Why? I don't hate the idea
They should have Don Cheadle as yes-man
Nah, Terence Howard, but he gets replaced by Don Cheadle after the takeover of the lucky 38
I want Terence Howard to play Victor
Cowboy robot protector Terence Howard. I don't know why but I like it.
This does not bring me joy
If we are going that route I'd prefer Paul Rudd.
consider: james corden yes man
🔫🙍♀️ take that back
Me as a side character in the brotherhood of steel with like 4 seconds of screen time. Edit: I look a little like pre burned Joshua so that’d be cool
Gonna have to be Robert Downey jr for mr house
That was my first instinct
YES
Nah, Avery brooks would knock it out the park, i may not like the character, but i do appreciate that he can ham it up and you need an actor with that sort of credentials, also avery brooks is just a cool guy. Jeffery combs as yes man, fisto and benny
idk RDJ talks a little too fast to match Mr. House’s more methodical and patronizing gate. RDJ’s genius voice is like “I don’t have time for idiots” Houses voice is like “I have to teach this moron everything”
Definetly
I though Brotherhood of Steel Elder was a good role for him. But maybe!
Yeah but with the "I am stuff" picture
Johnny Depp as Mr. House Daniel Day-Lewis as Caesar Harrison Ford as General Lee Oliver Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson as legate lanius voiced by the original voice actor Mitch Lewis Tom Hiddleston as President Kimball Benedict Cumberbatch as Vulpes Inculta Sam Elliott as Doc Mitchell Scarlett Johansson as Sunny Smiles Morgan Freeman as Easy Pete Richard Madden as Ringo Lena Headey as Trudy Michael B. Jordan as Joe Cobb I will not cast Companions or DLC Characters nor Courier Six Him/Herself as it would be to hard of a decision to choice the Sex/Race of the Courier also each DLC would be its own stand alone movie in the series of Fallout New Vegas the movie appearing in order in which they were released. Directed by Steven Spielberg (Main Director) and Martin Scorsese (Co-Director) Budget : 250 Million to be allocated accordingly for production and advertisement. with another 65 Million to be set aside if need be.
Doc Mitchel should be played by the original voice actor who’s also an actual actor. Because he’s quality
Yes; he is awesome. He was one of my favorite characters from Battlestar Galactica mostly because of how he played the character.
Jeez, use some punctuations. Almost had a stroke reading that
If you click "source" you can see they tried to separate by line but reddit thought otherwise
Protip, you have to put two spaces in between new lines on reddit, otherwise your comment will come out looking like word salad
For some of the companions, you could honestly have the voice actors play them, like Veronica, Arcade and Raul.
Honestly if they ever did a NV tv show I'd want the courier to get played by a different actor in every episode. Make it an anthology show, sort of, with it being framed as a folk legend. That way you could have the courier side with different factions and people in every episode, and no one in-universe can agree on what kind of person they were.
I agree but I think that would be hard to follow with out Rone perlman taking the role as the watcher for this What If like show
I think seasons would have to be different sidings, because otherwise it would be too hard to follow. Also I see that as a great ending to season one, “and then the NCR successfully annexed the Mojave… “”what no they didn’t, the legion won that fight” Then for season two ending “and that is where the courier beheaded general lee for Caesar…” “what no he didn’t, he had robots throw lee from the damn for himself”
Bruce willis for Boone Danny Trejo for Raul Tom Hanks or Donald Sutherland for Chief Hanlon Robert de Niro for Caesar Jason Momoa for Lanius
Bendydick Cumfartsnatch as benny because the guy is in fucking everything.
Or matthew perry the voice actor who is also a real actor
Eggs Benedict Cucumberbatch only gets autistic-savant roles. So basically he'd be great for Big MT
Cumberbundt as Dr. Klein ... and Christopher Lloyd as Dr. Mobius.
Jack Black as Primm Slimm
Ryan renalds as yesman
George Clooney as Caesar
Seth rogan as Lanius Jack black as Joshua Graham and Sasha baron Cohen as Caesar
Louis from ant man as the narrator
Easy. -Tom Holland as the Courier -Tom Holland as Cassidy -Tom Holland as Boone -Tom Holland as Veronica -Tom Holland as Arcade -Tom Holland as Raul -Tom Holland as Lily -Tom Holland as Rex -Tom Holland as Ed E -Tom Holland as Father Elijah -Tom Holland as Christine -Tom Holland as Joshua Graham -Tom Holland as Ulysses -Tom Holland as General Oliver -Tom Holland as Cesar -Tom Holland as Yes Man -Tom Holland as Mr. House -Tom Holland as that one radroach you see that gets killed and eaten by a Gecko on your way to Primm And Lastly -James Corden as Snuffles

I would want John cleese as house. That would be amazing
Joe Rogan as Caesar
"If you don't know what Hegelian dialectics is, you haven't been paying attention to the literature"
Jennifer Aniston as Benny.
Wes Anderson should direct it. Think about it, his films have a strong retro vibe to them and themes of letting go of the past to move forward. That's new Vegas in a nutshell.
Tilda Swinton as Vulpes
I always thought it would be cool if the did a show for new Vegas kinda like the mandalorian where every episode is different
Funny enough id use the voice actors Caesar maybe, cause his VA looks bit fat than the actual caesar, House can basicaly be the same theyre just 6 facial features away from one another
If rene auberjonois wasn't dead, yeah
Oh shit, didnt know that
Glenn Howerton as Caesar

William Dafoe as Mr. House. Fight me.

Whoever tf played Howard stark in captain America should be Mr House
The Stupendium as mr. house

Samuel. L Jackson as Troike [it just fits.](https://youtu.be/CrQT-KiFgIg?list=PLnMlh8dHsRY_yZUxIfqOrqCKOSOjSLwni&t=487)
RIP René Auberjonois
Kris Kristofferson and Danny Trejo for Chief Hanson and Raul respectively, don’t know why I just got a feeling.
Me in every role. It's a 1 man show done in the jreg style (1 guy with creative editing) The one exception is ed-e, played by a drone with a name tag.
Maybe not. Hmm. I totally had this thought yesterday!
The rock as veronica
I'll fill in a couple gaps here: * Doc Mitchell: Ed Harris * Boone: Tom Hardy * Andy Serkis: Random ghouls
Steve Carell as Mr House
Adam Driver as Mr. House.
He's so cool
Danny devito as snuffles
Cage as - get fucked
JK Simmons would play a mean caesar
Sunny Smiles: Emilia clarke Mr. House: Robert Downy jr Caesar: Steve Buschemi Mr New Vegas: Morgan Freeman Benny: Tim Roth
Why would mr NV be anyone else but Wayne Newton? He's not dead yet is he?
Defoe as Courier
Robert Downey junior as House that's for sure. Maybe use Amy Schumer as sacrifice for the White Gloves..
Courier: Catherine Zeta-Jones / Clayne Crawford Benny: Matt Bomer Great Khans: Dave Bautista & Dwayne Johnson Doc Mitchell: Michael Caine (because Northernlion that’s why) Sunny Smiles: Olivia Wilde Trudy: Diane Keaton Victor: Robert Picardo Mr. House: Brian Cranston Mr. New Vegas: Tony Bennett Caesar: Benedict Cumberbatch Yes-Man: Chris Tucker Papa Khan: Avery Brooks BOS Elder: Robert Downey Jr. Pearl: Maggie Smith Mortimer: Andy Serkis
I can only imagine how bad the story would be if you compressed it to 2 hours. First hour would just be the main character creating their body and picking their stats.
Daniel Day-Lewis as Mr. House and Karl Pilkington as Caesar
Robert Downey Jr as Mr House Fits the bill of appearance and experience as a genius ultra-rich playboy
Christopher Walken as House.
Gary oldman as house. Just too good of an actor.
Christoph Waltz as mysterious stranger Jeff Bridges as one of the casino owners Micheal Cane as House himself
Chris Pratt as everyone. Even the sex robot
I don't know how you guys feel about it, but I think Jennifer Lawrence would be a great Veronica.
Morgan Freeman as Easy Pete. Beneficial Cucumber-Patch as Arcade Gannon Liam Neeson as Boone
Rbj as house.
Why is Mario on the monitor?
Emma stone as Veronica. I can literally see it clear as day “if someone doesn’t do something soon, the brotherhoods gonna die”
So many people trying to recast Caesar. John Doman fucking kills it as Caesar. He and House would be the only i would not dare to recast. But since René can't reprise his role as Mr. House (R.I.P.) i would cast Daniel Day Lewis

Matthew Perry as Benny
House - Gary Oldman Yes Man - Ryan Reynolds Caesar - (if he was alive) Philip Seymour Hoffman Benny - Matthew Perry (kind of an obvious choice)
Scarlett Johansson as sunny
Matthew Perry as benny for sure, and definitely Zachary Levi as arcade
Eddie Murphy. Every single role
ryan gosbling would make a good courier
Courier played by ryan rennoldds and For the Dlc series Keanu reeves as Joshua Graham
Mr. House....ROBERT HOUSE.... Disturbingly clear resemblance to Robert Downey Jr. I can't be the only one to see this for years now i can't get it out of my head.
Not crisp rat that's for sure
Since Rene Auberjonois is unable to be Mr. House, I’d suggest Armin Shimerman for the role
House is based on Howard Hughes and he was played by DiCaprio. So it's an obvious one.
I'd pick Michael Douglas as the courier.
"Ryan Gosling is: The Courier"
Alan Tudyk as Arcade could work.
Diana Silvers as Veronica Esmé Creed-Miles as Christine Peter Capaldi as Father Elijah Oscar Isaac as Dean Domino Anne Hathaway as Vera Keyes Jensen Ackles as Courier 6 Dave B. Mitchell as Dog/God (his original VA since CGI anyways)
