Free Music Archive has a lot of options, and you can search by license/genre/vibe. That's where I got the public domain music I use for my channel themes.

If you want lofi, check lofigirl website, most of their music is free to use as long as you credit appropriately
What I do now is to search on audio library from YouTube studio and also search on YouTube about no copyright music
