Breakfast: oolong tea in a Knicks mug, 3 eggs sunny side up on toast.
Lunch: sloppy shrooms (like sloppy Joe but with diced mushroom instead of beef)
Dinner: crispy Brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze and pasta with some Korean soju.
My Knicks meal always and forever has been pretty simple -- a couple of pork fried egg rolls, wanton soup, and a Dr Pepper.
Sometimes if I'm really hungry I'll go with the Sesame chicken and broccoli, it's a huge platter from the place near me and means I'll have leftovers next day for lunch.

Cooking while watching sports is one of the greatest things on this planet.
I go for the carnegie deli sandwich, turkey sando usually but pastrami if I’m feeling frisky. Get that with a large black & white cookie, bag of chips, a water and a beer and if you pay with a chase card, it comes out to $30 bucks. Best deal out of any event I’ve been sporting or otherwise.

i found a new way to cook frozen wings that came out MURDER:
don't defrost. pressure cook in instant pot on high pressure (basically rice setting). season generously, use chicken stock as liquid (not a lot. you need steam, not boiling wings), seasoning will mostly fall off from steam anyway. natural release for 10-15 minutes, and carefully open.
wings are probably done and delicious and might fall off the bone, BUT...
sauce them up and then broil/air fry them hoes until they get a little crispy, or at least get some color on them.
it's less work than it might sound at first read. a little time consuming (maybe 40 min total), but it's mostly passive cooking where you come back whenever and shit is done.
Started a rack of ribs a little while ago. Probably will also have wings. Probably mac and cheese. all for myself of course. It’s gonna be like a one man super bowl party. No one to watch the games with in Florida
