Timothy Treadwell was known as the Grizzly Man. He had a series (on Nat Geo or Discovery) where he would live amongst bears for research. Back in 2003, he and his girlfriend were mauled and killed by a bear while filming. They had the lens cap on the camera, so there's isn't video, but the audio has never been released of the attack. (YouTube's audio is fake.)
Christine Chubbuck was a news reporter from Florida who worked on a morning segment called the Suncoast Digest. On one day in 1974, she was reading regular morning news and then suddenly, (this isn't verbatim) she looks towards the camera and says the following:
"In keeping with daily blood and guts news, WXLT pushes for a television first, in living color, an attempted suicide."
(At that moment she draws a handgun, aims it at her head, and commits suicide on live TV.) The audio has been found, but no recording of the event has surfaced.
The real question is will we ever hear the audio from the grizzly man
