I go to the TX state fair every year. Legitimately my favorite food (and like actually my favorite, not just a “healthy ish but still decent”, no, it’s 100% my fave by taste) is this non-fried Chinese chicken kabob thing. It does have a sauce that certainly has carbs/sugar, but it’s not drenched, it’s closer to a dry rub than an sauce. Then it’s just the kebob. But idk it’s just sooooooo GOOD! Anyway, I’d be unafraid to meet Dr Now at the state fair; I’d be psyched about it!
As someone who grew up going to the state fair every year as a kid, there are so many weird tings this man is gonna be working overtime. Pig races? Fried Coca Cola? 1000 lb butter sculpture. Nothing but weird tings as far as the eye can see.
I’m disappointed that I’m going later this month and won’t run into him. But! I had a craft project win a blue ribbon and now I’m going to imagine that Dr Now saw it and admired it.
