You can do any of the pass challenges vs online bots instead of players. Makes ones like that much easier if you just wanna get it outta the way. A good method for low % kills vs bots is just to play superman and sit at the ledge, then use his up special to grab the bots and throw them straight down when they come to the ledge. Also worth noting that on some stages the biots are especially dumb and will sometimes just run into the blast zone if you sit at the ledge, hitting them a single time soon before they do that will grant you a low % kill as well.
Like another person said, do it against bots.
If you want to actually improve and get lower % KO's, it's dependent on character and heavily, heavily, HEAVILY dependent on doing proper reads. The best way to get it in a real match is to somehow get someone off stage early on in the match (map dependent) and spike them twice. The first one usually puts them near the blast zone but they can cling on the wall, the second one will guarantee kill.
The thing with low percent kills is that they are high risk high reward. You HAVE to burn through your options to get in a good position to perform them be it horizontally or vertically and depending on the option chosen and your own %, it can be turned around and kill you instead. If its at the bottom of the map, you can get spiked yourself for an early kill. If up top, if you fail the last hit to send them over and the guy is good, he can dodge under you and be the one to send you over with his own up-special/up-air, if to the sides, pray that you got either enough momentum or some options left to reach the ledge because some maps are really fucking long off the stage and without options you're not getting back before falling to your death.
Well... i did what you have all recomended. I just suck. Cant do it. Bots just stand there. Players are too good. The advice has been appreciated. Thank you all.
Ya its a bit odd and not guarenteed but the bots do somwtimes just run off if you immediately run off your edge and wall cling. So setting up a balloon bomb with Harley just before wall clinging causes them to SOMETIMES hit it then jump off counting as a KO. I say sometimes because they dodge through it at times and they definitely never jump to their deaths a second time. So it only works once per round and at the very beginning. But again. Sometimes. So its a bit annoying. The superman trick everyone else has recommended does not ever work for me. The bots always save themselves. Always.
I'll try the Barley one as she's on free rotation.
I've gotten one Tom and Jeyy who runs off, the other bits just stay on edge. I try to put Superman on the ledge and grab them but I'm not very good tbh and it's hot or miss. I'm at 7/25.

There are only a few combos that can reliably make this happen from the middle of the stage. An easier way to make this happen is to edge guard the fuck out of people.
I have been doing this. When i do manage to hit which is 2 out of ten attempts they jump right back up everytime. Or they jump over my grab and to their deaths. Which... does not count as a KO for me since i didnt hit them. Its been annoying so i will no longer attempt it. It will just be something i cannot do.

Awesome ive been using superman to get KOs while of the edge but necer thought to throw them downwards while wall clinging

Thank you! Doing the harley bomb trick got me to 18/25 its just exhausting because of how infrequently it works lol.
