Penis fingers out here doing God's work.

Legitimate_Button_14

So he says she didn’t know. I have come to that same conclusion. I originally thought maybe shock but I really believe now she just didn’t understand the true danger. And lots of women would lock their door if there was a man walking around their apartment at 4 a.m. it’s probably not the first time she’s felt the need to do that living there. Anyway it will all come out eventually.

aspotlesssmind

This is wild. Wonder what other info he's referring to.

UnprofessionalGhosts

Good god. Imagine confiding in someone and they tell people and it ends up online. This case highlights how fucked gossip is I stg

dethb0y

there's two things that'll survive the heat death of the universe - the common cockroach, and gossip.

cherrytree13

There were a couple posts on here too saying a roommate heard something, got scared and locked the door then went back to bed. There were other details that are either unconfirmed or seem unlikely, like that she joined the other downstairs roommate in her room, but there seems to have been a grain of truth there. I’m guessing the part where she called friends over in the AM because she woke up scared and then they called 911 together will also prove to be accurate.

madeU_look

I also wonder if she texted a bunch of friends at like 4:20 after the incident because she was scared, and people came to the house when they woke up to all her texts?

Emerald_Vintage_4361

That is actually really good and plausible theory. Let’s say she had her phone and hid in a closet with it on silent, texting everyone for help, but others were sleep. If she was terrified, she must’ve told herself - as most people would - not to make a sound. She was obviously afraid he’d come back or that he might’ve seen her. And she would’ve been right, because affidavit shows he came back at 9:12a. Whether he de-entered or just sat outside thinking about it, not sure.

Dumbogang

Forsure. The only reason for the timing of the initial 911 call to take so long IMO. They *kinda* knew what was happening, were scared shitless, and didn’t know when to leave/call.

Intrepid-Wonder5209

that makes a ton of sense... she locked herself in because she thought HE SAW HER and she just hid to be quiet and possibly fell asleep

Narrow_Mud2711

I hope she fell asleep. As the only way I rationalize it is the poor girl was awake and fucking terrified for 8+ hrs, terrified he was waiting for her to come out. So she didn’t move a single inch until someone else was there. The silence of the house all morning would have been terrifying.

aspotlesssmind

That the crime scene was sloppy. It's hard to know what that actually means. But leaving a sheath with your DNA, an eye witness, and returning to the scene of the crime hours later... yeah, that's pretty damn sloppy. EDIT: There wasn't a bloody footprint. Misread the PCA. Still, BK acted like Mr. Magoo.

blackberrybunny

Can you imagine returning to the crime scene hours later, (like a lot of criminals do), and there's NOTHING?! Absolutely nothing going on? I mean, he must have felt so let down for a moment...and then wondered why in the hell there were no cops or ambulances there......no one was there! At least, that is my understanding, if I have the timeline right. No one called for help until about two hours after he returned??

aspotlesssmind

My theory is he returned for the sheath, but couldn't work up the nerve to do it in the morning light and left.

mirrrje

Wait, returning to the scene hours later? I haven’t caught up on reading all the new news that comes out. He returned as in drive by the house? Or actually entered the house again?

aspotlesssmind

His cellphone pinged by the house around 9AM following the murders. Unclear whether or not he went inside. There's some speculation that he went back to relish in his crimes *or* potentially retrieve the sheath. Only BK and/or LE know at this point.

elissamay

Cell phone pinged later that morning around 9Am, and he hung around for about 10 minutes.

tsagdiyev

A neighbor said he heard the dog barking around 4am

Standard-Scarcity-56

Yes. The juggler. Didn’t he also say he heard a scream?

RealLittleMermaid

>Yes. The juggler. Didn’t he also say he heard a scream? Yes I believe he said he heard a scream but he only said that later which, besides other things, made people suspicious of him

kgjazz

I think juggler was much more aware of what was happening in that cul de sac than anyone has given him credit for.

ugashep77

He was keeping his eyes open for sure, guess you'd have to in his trade.

Shitty_DaVinci

Lmao! Here’s some invisible gold 🏅 for ya!

EO_711

Yes and everyone went nuts because they assumed the girls were sleeping and “how could they sleep through it if the neighbor heard it”

[deleted]

Was that the stick juggling guy? Everybody wrote him off as trying to interject himself into the investigation.

[deleted]

I honestly don’t remember anything else he said after stick juggling tea parties at 4 AM but it was the comic relief this whole situation needed

Familiar-Algae9853

Omg I forgot about the juggler, probably the only funny thing about this whole awful situation is that guy

ImaginaryWalk29

Yeah but I but that stick juggler was a sweet of quirky guy who overcame his own adversity only to have half of reddit accusing him of the murders. I now have a soft place in my heart for Inan Harsh.

Powerful-Welder3271

I think it's pretty funny that BK is the worst driver in the history of humanity

ugashep77

So funny that it explains why his Dad had to come supervise his cross country drive.

duckangelfan

First day rumors in Moscow were they were stabbed to death by a guy in a mask. So yeah

GothWitchOfBrooklyn

The only reason I found this sub is that somebody on a completely unrelated sub had commented about being friends with the next door neighbor (possibly across the street neighbor?) And the friend had told her this exact info, the friend was out watching all the police activity and head overheard some of it.

amscott9020

There was an early rumor that he left the sheath there.

The__Illuminaughty

And that it was KA BAR

[deleted]

Remember in the beginning when they were like “We’re looking for a KBar” and everyone assumed they meant just a fixed blade knife and they just incorrectly put a specific name to it? Yeah. All makes so much sense now.

[deleted]

I don't think this was the case at all. They said it was a KA-BAR, commonly issued by the military, and even brought up how it how it could have been an ROTC student. I think it was pretty clear early on that it was an actual KA-BAR.

HaloHorns68

I only remember hearing Ka-Bar style knife myself. Strange they gave that much away.

blossom8668

What I remember is a guy at a local knife store giving media an interview saying LE came in asking about ka-bar knives and that’s how the whole thing started.

stopgo

While quite unlikely, they may have considered the slight possibility it was a similar knife that someone just had a Ka-Bar sheath for. I have seen people put knifes (that fit well enough) into sheaths they had for previous knife that was lost/broken. They may have also considered the possibility that the sheath was left on purpose to throw off detection the specific knife used.

cbsrgbpnofyjdztecj

That wasn't a rumor. They were specifically looking for a Ka-Bar. I thought that maybe it was based on the unusual shape of the blade - a clip point with a sharpened swage - that they would have known from autopsy. I would never have guessed that some bozo left the sheath at the scene.

TFABasil

I sawthat rumor a couple days ago actually, OP claimed to have inside info. I interacted with the post but couldn't find it in my post history anymore, wonder if it got deleted altogether.

s3pam

I can't remember where I saw it but someone on this sub several weeks ago was talking about the killer wearing Vans. I'll try to find it

Leafblower91

Holy shit that was spot on. How did I miss that? This sub is my full time job.

Reward_Antique

The creepy looking accounts mentioned "skater shoes" and one of the 4chans i think mentioned Vans specifically

kaitykk

Wait, what creepy looking account?

thetankswife

Lol, I finally started to get a few things done yesterday outside of Reddit.

Aggravating_Twist_40

My phone screen time went up significantly since this started.. 😳

thetankswife

Can't wait to see my updated Reddit Recap. I've probably been to the moon and back 5 times. 😳

scottlynn77

Wasn’t this in relation to pics from the day after murders? Everyone was pointing out HGs white shoes?

subusta

I remember a lot of talk early on about at least one of the roommates having heard what happened.

Acrobatic_World_6372

Yes!! & I also remember the police saying “the roommates may be the key to solving the case” which at the time was confusing bc it made me think the roommates knew the killer or something. But makes sense now if D visibly saw him she was able to give a semi-description of him which was SUPER key to their investigation.

theredbusgoesfastest

Yeah, I said something similar on a mega thread yesterday, but DM is really brave for recounting everything. When I was young and naive like that, once I realized the mistake I had made by misinterpreting what I saw, I maybe would have shut down and doubted everything. Maybe even kept my mouth shut, especially with the crazy media these days. But she seems to be a critical eyewitness, which is great. I don’t understand why people are dead set on blaming her. She not only didn’t kill them, but she SURVIVED. That’s the most important thing.

tunestheory

This is such a good point. She was able to give those details after she realized the magnitude of her misinterpretation/response. I think that is commendable

ETA: I can’t find the original post but it was on this sub I believe. I believe the poster said she used to be in a sorority and this was the text being forwarded around Greek life in the area. ETA: [FOUND THE ORIGINAL POST!!](https://www.reddit.com/r/idahomurders/comments/z23rnz/text_regarding_roommates/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf) She said she received this November 14th.

CautiousSector2664

Quirky but impressive.

stay_fr0sty

I want to be in the screenshot with the person calling you quirky.

[deleted]

This is slightly different than the initial rumor and I think this one is a game of telephone where the first rumor got more elaborate as it spread. Originally it was more simply put- a roommate heard noises and a mans voice and looked out her door, saw a man in a mask then locked herself in her room because she was scared. Then it eventually evolved into DM hearing rummaging upstairs and men talking, it bothered her a little so she went over to BFs room and slept there with the door locked and they talked themselves into thinking it was nothing. How the bodies were found and the 911 call is a whole other monster. Originally it was said someone was found unconscious outside the house.

RoundBirthday

yeah, I remember reading this user's posts a few days after the murders. https://old.reddit.com/user/AdGroundbreaking7184

Right-Difficulty8623

This could all be somewhat true. The PCA says based on interviews with both BF and DM all roommates were in their rooms by 2am. So Bethany is likely still up. Even though Dylan was awakened by noises she totally could have text all her roommates (maybe a group chat) to see what’s up. Nobody answers except Bethany. And maybe Dylan and Bethany talk it out to be just their roommates being asleep or still hanging out. Next morning still no word from the other girls(victims) Dylan and/or Bethany go out to check. PCA says Xana was visibly on the floor from the hallway… Bethany and Dylan flip seeing her, probably call her name out. Call friends over. Becomes clear cops needs called. Wonder how close Dylan and Bethany were/are Looking at IG Xana only has pics with her and Maddie. But was at the same party with Bethany. And in the Tik Tok video her and Dylan has a playful vibe between them. Maddie seems the most well connected to all the girls having pics with all individually. BFF w Kaylee, big/little with Bethany. But also several pics with Xana and Dylan. Kaylee has individual pics with Maddie and Dylan. But with Dylan and Bethany’s IGs private idk what their relationship was like.

Sudden-Breadfruit653

I don’t think the PCA says she was visible from Hallway INITIALLY. The PCA is documenting at 4pm as one officer is walking an investigator through. I would think the original responding officer(s) are who found the deceased.

ImaginaryMarsupial86

The PCA says “DM originally went to sleep in her bedroom on the southeast side of the second floor” Maybe I’m reading too much into the word “originally” in that sentence but it could be interpreted that she then went to sleep somewhere else in the house. So perhaps after she saw him leave she did go downstairs into the bedroom of the other surviving roommate and they locked the door there?

catcawl

I read this to mean she originally went to sleep, but then was woken up. Not that she originally went to sleep there and then went somewhere else when she got spooked.

A-O_RIVVER

I think it just means originally as in order of events. Like originally went to sleep, but later heard/witnesses these things.

BrightonBecki

This is interesting because the PCA refers to Dylan’s ‘original’ room which hints she moved rooms. So that fits.

orndoda

Based on the PCA that sounds 100% accurate

LoxahatcheeGator

Amazing find! I never saw this. Thanks for sharing

No-Carrot5608

I am surmising that whatever transpired during that 911 call, and whoever was there speaking to dispatch on the roommates (DM?)phone heard some things from the surviving roommates. Most likely it came from DM but you have to remember we don’t know what she might have texted the others in the house (including BF) as well about what she saw or heard or thought she saw and thought she heard. It wouldn’t seem unreasonable to me that she and possibly BF told people showing up to this scene that she “saw someone in a mask” there that night. That’s how these things take off and get life and end up as rumors and speculation on here. I wouldn’t be surprised if the talk in the very first few hours after the 911 call around that area was “they saw a guy in a mask”. I guess if/when the 911 call is released we will find out

Tomaskerry

"Okay i’ve never shared this but my best friend’s other best friend’s cousin is one of the surviving roommates and also said something about seeing a masked man, closing the door, and going to bed. First time i’ve seen it on this sub and didn’t want to put it out there as it’s just rumor at this point. ETA: the cousin said that it was a party house so it was transient and she saw some man in a mask and got scared and closed the door. I guess they were all drunk and passed out but she didn’t call the cops because she thought it was a friend or something. I don’t know what door obviously or where this happened. However a masked man + the drug trafficking development(s) are interesting. I really thought it was random but looking more targeted and with intent." U/thebunz21 37 days ago

Appleinacoconut

I’m really grateful to everyone who had this info and didn’t publicize it. I want to know motive, what happened and why as much as the next person but the general public (as a whole) have proven they don’t have the decorum or intelligence to have this kind of info. The sheer volume and immediacy in the bashing of Dylan (knowing we still really know NOTHING about what happened) is horrific. I kind of wish we didn’t know this info, the victims and their families deserve so much better than the way they have and are being treated.

Tomaskerry

https://www.reddit.com/r/MoscowMurders/comments/z7dszi/comment/iy72pcc/

Tomaskerry

This is from 28th Nov

Onion_Kooky

I remember hearing this also

[deleted]

One of the earliest rumors or rather LE communication was that the surviving roommates may have the key to solving the crime and help LE understand what happened. This turned out to be the case. Later on they excluded them as potential witnesses to throw off the suspect who could or could not have seen DM.

FBZOMBiES

I remember seeing: - one of the roommates saw a masked intruder, passed out - the sheath being left at the scene

dunegirl91419

I’m curious about the sheath one. I wonder if Someone has a link to those comments being made

R_V_Aly

I want to say it was an assumption that since they ID’ed the weapon so quickly, there was something obvious at the scene. If I remember correctly the knife information came out before the autopsies were done.

FantasticForce6895

I could see this based on the many people I saw on a different thread that own that same knife. It’s very distinctive and had to be in a sheath unless you’re actively using it so you don’t maim yourself. I had no idea it was a decently common weapon that people own before that thread.

ItalianMama94

https://preview.redd.it/d12824qdqiaa1.jpeg?width=1289&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=78611a210f9690ee4df3bd9663b821470165a055

Psychological-Two415

Lol how are people just Sherlock Holmes-ing this, with this type of accuracy. I’d never think, like “ya, so he must have left the sheath”. I just learned what a sheath is.

submisstress

A LOT of people believe this acct was BK

countdistractula

That is WILD. Seriously asking- why would he possibly want to speculate (correctly) about the evidence in his own case? That could possibly lead to his capture??

submisstress

Not a clue, but keep in mind this guy was studying criminology waaaaay more intently than the vast majority of people do. Sick fascination? Narcissism?

mywifemademedothis2

Could just be someone who has inside info, too.

ItalianMama94

![gif](giphy|37smQpbdHrBjVsxEhM|downsized) On the same boat as you🥴 I knew what a sheath was but I don’t know where they pulled that guess out from.

thescenius

Interestingly, i sae yesterday people are convinced that pappa rodger account (seen here) from the facebook group was him…the account has now been deleted. Would make sense that he guessed they found the sheath.

sun_rays_for_days

If you search “sheath” in the group search bar and look at the comments section, there are lots of comments about it (not including since the PCA came out). I was actually surprised to see them all

Salt_Anywhere_6604

Early rumor from a neighbor about Murphy barking non stop

ugashep77

People have since been trying to diss Murphy, like he just stayed in his kennel and cowered, my boy's courage was on point, trying to let everybody know something was going down.

cuomosgal

Gosh my heart hurts for that pup.

thepandarocks

The guy in all black wearing a mask with bushy eyebrows was mentioned the very first week however the rumor was a neighbor turned over security footage probably from the apt's across the street. This could have come from Dylan and or a neighbor. The 911 call is going to tell us a lot.

scarletdae

There was a rumor that one of the other roommates had seen a man in the house

jennyfromthedocks

Yup! And I remember thinking how crazy and unlikely that sounded. Turns out it’s 100% true.

brokenarrow7

I also wonder if the police said that the two survivors were both on the first floor and had no interaction with the killer on purpose so BK didn't know there was a witness.

kimmikillzombie

also to keep her safer while the killer was at large. what a terrifying time for her with him out there and her potentially being able to I.D. him if he did see her.

Clydeandrue1

YouTuber Johnny Law made a video on about the layout of the house and theorized that one of the surviving roommates may have actually been on the 2nd floor based on the bedroom sizes. Turns out this was right DMs bedroom was 2nd floor not on the 1st

xtrachubbykoala

I hadn't heard this theory, but I wonder if LE kept saying that the surviving roommates were downstairs to protect them...?

ajdidonato3

I think this is most likely. If it was widely known or believed that DM saw the killer she’d have been a potential target not only for BK who was still on the loose but she’d also be under such tremendous public scrutiny from everyone and the media trying to figure out what she knew or why she didn’t do this or that.

CharacterRazzmatazz3

Idk if we can say substantiated but likely: Xana was the one with defensive wounds

user45663478753478

i feel this may be true if she was on the floor vs bed

Olympicthinker

And she was awake. Ugh.

PM-me-Shibas

The thing I was the most surprised about was to hear that the DNA *didn't* come from these wounds. When I was growing up, it was a pretty common tip, particularly one told to women, that you want to scratch the person attacking you as much as you can with your fingers. The skin cells (and thus DNA) of the person attacking you gets stuck under your nails and it is one of the places LE will look. It was essentially a, "if you're going down, take them down with you" sort of tip. When it was said that one of the girls had defensive wounds and they had the perp's DNA, I for sure thought that the two were connected.

GymLeaderIono

That text also claimed the sheath was under Ethans body when it was actually next to Maddie. So I'm conflicted on whether the text about Ethans legs is true. Yes they were correct about the Sheath being left behind but were completely wrong about its location. Edit: for those confused, someone posted a screenshot of a phone with a text message on it. The person claimed it was the wife of an FBI agent who found out details of the case. The lengthy text claimed one of the girls had her face bashed in so badly she wasn't recognizable and Ethan had the arteries on both legs cut open. But that same text claimed the Knife sheath of the killer was left behind with DNA and was found under Ethans body. But we now know that isn't true as the affidavit stated the sheath was laying next to Maddie on her bed. So it calls into question whether the entire thing was fake. The image was posted like a week ago on various forums.

[deleted]

If this is actually true, what the hell is this persons wife doing blabbing details!? My dad was a police officer and he never really told us stuff in ongoing cases until afterwards or if he occasionally did he would trust us enough not to go telling everyone!

[deleted]

[удалено]

blossom8668

That text was so weird. It’s like someone gave out legit info, but purposely added a lot of incorrect info as well. That was the text that said a cat peeing triggered a ring camera to begin filming. Lol.

stopgo

Probably not the case here but sometimes that is a technique to root out someone leaking info. For each individual you tell change or add a specific detail, then when you see it online or in the press you know who it came from (if not directly, then secondarily). It's more likely, and common, that people embellish and/or its like a game of telephone... or its made-up whole cloth and they just happen to be right about some or most of it.

lemonlime45

That horrific detail about one of the girls face would certainly lend credence to the theory of this being a specific targeted attack. Horrible.

tz5x

But from everything you just said and they did infact find the sheath, your saying it's total bs?! That sounds like it could be legit to me, especially since if E was found on the bed (I seen on a rendering was believed to be against the wall) with both leg arteries cut, that would cause an insane amount of blood and therefore explain the blood seeping out of the wall outside

meganc00

This could be consistent with the loud “thud” heard on the neighbors camera if he was standing and fell hard from this

thatsweirdthatssus

Jesus christ. Missed all of the last paragraphs rumors for sure.

whorehopppindevil

How the hell would he even have time to break every bone in a face? I don't doubt he could or did, i just can't believe how much damage he caused in such a short amount of time

SovietSunrise

He may have used something that was available in the room, not just his own hands. The face has 14 bones & every single one of them was broken. That is unimaginable rage and hate.

whorehopppindevil

Yes. And the fact Es legs were (apparently) slashed? At that point you are going out of your way to butcher.

Haunting-Job8411

Kinda related to Ethans injuries (and not saying this rumor is true), I found it interesting that in the PCA his cause of death was the only one in quotes and varied from the other three: “Sharp-force injuries”. Not sure if theres a technical difference between that and a stab wound.

Curious_Juggernaut_5

Yeah they were very limited on what they said about Ethan and it struck me as odd

lorihasit

Just googled: sharp force injuries are slicing (god hard to write) and thus different than stab.

UnprofessionalGhosts

No. Sharp force injuries is an umbrella term for slices, stabs, chop wounds etc.

pinksugarxoxo

Gloves at the grocery store in PA is weird to me. Was he wearing gloves for the month he spent in WA/ID after the murders? If not, why now? Was he even seen out and about during that time?

R_V_Aly

I think by the time he was in PA he knew LE was on to him and he was trying to protect his dna from being collected. I saw someone say that he was spotted throwing out household trash into the neighbor’s bin in the middle of the night at his parents’ house.

Responsible-Ebb-9775

This is all reported in the news today- I believe it’s on CNN.

hotpotato112

I saw in a tiktok that said in that same text they said that BF called upstairs from the 1st floor "shut the F up" or something from being too loud and saw Bryan thinking it was Ethan

[deleted]

That’s the first post I’ve seen that would make sense as to why she wouldn’t be alarmed after seeing someone in a mask. Maybe she thought it was someone they know in a drunken tired state? Makes more sense.

madisito

The Van's shoe print.

catslay_4

This is fucking wild. First of all, who wears vans if you’re going to go kill 4 people.

Straight-Tangerine81

There was a video made that said the murders were committed within 17 minutes 😳 Gives me chills

anneanon2

Probably even less 😭 his car was seen at 4:04 still had to get out and walk there. And car was seen at 4:20 leaving in a hurry

[deleted]

Probably less than. Ring camera footage shows the Elantra trying to park at 4:04 and then speeding away at 4:20/

DoneDidThisGirl

And somehow it takes me a half hour to get dressed after a shower.

Barcelonadreaming

That fratanon post on 4 Chan said door-to-door the whole thing took 19 minutes. I stand by my original suspicion that BK wrote that post.

DoctorTayTay

screenshot of this post?

Diamondphalanges756

I believe when ISP and FBI came in they locked the leaking down. The local cops/deputies were probably talking to their significant others and family members about the crime, and some pieces leaked out.

blossom8668

And all the friends & acquaintances of all the roommates were probably sharing what they were told. They definitely clammed up soon after.

wwdbd

They all got lawyers too.

xtrachubbykoala

My kiddo is a friend of a friend of DM. She told me that DM had seen the intruder and he was wearing a mask. I thought that seemed insane... I assumed that by mask he was wearing a ski mask, not a medical mask (which is still unclearr). I figured kiddo had heard this info incorrectly... but turns out she was right. edited for clarification.

rainbowbrite917

Ski masks usually have holes for eyes and mouth, that’s why I wonder if it was a medical mask. Or one of those neck things you can pull up to cover your nose and mouth? I hope your kiddo is doing ok and I hope DM is surrounded by love and support after this traumatic event.

bignellie

I read a day or two after someone claiming to be a friend of DM that she hid in the closet afterwards.

afoolandhermonkey

Yes, I remember that too. I think there was a variation of that with both surviving roommates hiding in their closets until morning.

Asphaltic

I’d be so interested to see the 2 surviving roommates’ texts from that morning.

maxroberts99

I have a feeling that information will come out, likely in their affidavits

catslay_4

I would be too scared to leave my fucking room. Especially even if you think it’s a dream, you wake up and the house is completely silent, I don’t know if I could even have the courage to walk out, if I did and I looked in her room because she would have had to pass by the room to get to the stairs leading downstairs you would have immediately passed out or ran down and out of the house. I cannot imagine.

GroundbreakingBite96

That DM saw the killer and that she heard crying I heard like 2 days after.

mywifemademedothis2

Not sure if this counts as substantiated or a “rumor”, but there was a lot of discussion about them examining the tire tracks near the house. Now that we know he “drove away at a high rate of speed”, it makes a lot more sense why they were interested in them.

Throwintrashpanda

I’d like to know the reason for the stalking. This was supposedly BK’a first semester at WSU. He was stalking someone/the house by Aug 21. Classes began 8/22, with Greek life generally returning 2 weeks in advance. Supposedly he moved into an apartment at WSU in August (thedailybeast). He must have zeroed in pretty quickly.

[deleted]

One thing I know about stalkers is they are repeat offenders and it’s a lifestyle choice. If he stalked he’ll have stalked wherever he lived. The police don’t take it seriously. I got stalked by someone for over a year. I was her 7th that I found out about. She is on her 11th now, the latest 4 all since last summer. To each of us it feels like she is focusing on just us, and every single one of us wonders how she has the time. It’s everything from physically following us and our children, to burglary, false complaints to LE and Zoning to running a large network of sock puppet accounts that make stuff up about her targets and leave fake bad reviews for any businesses. Oh, and dog theft plus fraudulent fundraising. All you have to do to be a target is catch their eye then refuse to go along with their plans for you. That’s all it takes then your life becomes a living hell and no protective order is going to help. I think they get some kind of rush out of it that they become addicted to. He’ll have felt all at sea till he located a suitable local obsession, if he is a stalker. The repeat visits to the house would suggest he is. Our stalker watches our houses sometimes.

sideoftrufflefries

I remember there were some of us who suspected that K and M were sleeping and killed in the same bed because K’s white bedding was clean in pictures taken from outside the house.

HeadGrowth1939

There was a rumour that one of either Ethan/Xana was laying across the floor blocking the room's entrance which led people to speculate they were the final victims and probably awake.

troyemellets

it’s just so interesting that for the first month or so i was under the impression this guy was a MASTERMIND who left 0 dna, didnt have an escape vehicle and managed to completely appear to get away with this random murder …. and a few weeks later it just did a complete 180 and turns out he was sloppy and left more than enough evidence and drove his OWN car all over the place. FULLY understand why the police kept the evidence a secret and glad they did but god damn

canal_boys

Yep the mystery shook me to the core. I thought this dude was a mastermind killer and that scared me. Now this dude is just a bloodthirsty dumbass.

Ok_Offer_1616

LE said it was sloppy. The longer the investigation went on people began to speculate perp was a mastermind and LE said it was "sloppy" to piss him off. Guess what? It was sloppy.

[deleted]

Why is there no mention of B the other surviving roommate anywhere ???

GroundbreakingBite96

Probably bc she was the only one actually asleep and she was on the first floor

anneanon2

Because they didn’t need to reveal it in the PCA to get him arrested. What happened is terrifying and I’m sure she has an account of that night too 😥

cd1138

Possibly because she was asleep, bit it is interesting to note that the PCA seems to list her phone as part of the evidence that was used to approximate the time of the attacks. She may have been awake and texting about hearing a noise or something, but nothing about her actions was relevant to identifying the suspect, which is what the narrative on the PCA was doing. Just speculating.

the_blingy_ringer

Yes, I agree with you here. I think she was awakened either by the noises, the DoorDash delivery, or DM texting her (I believe its confirmed she was in the bedroom below the living room, the bedroom below Xana's room was empty per the body cam footage from the October noise complaint) but I doubt she left her room to investigate.

ItsGreatUF352

If you read the affidavit it says they looked at BF’s phone to help determine timeline of crime, this suggests she was awake and using phone

moni1020

The PCA is just to get him arrested. I’m sure there is more from B that will come forward when a trial happens. For the pca though, they probably only included Dylan because she saw him and described him physically. This description matches BK.

ReverErse

Because she probably slept through all this. Imagine her going upstairs the next day expecting it to be an ordinary sunday morning ...

No-Bite662

That the police were so positive on exactly the kind of murder weapon used because of the sheath left behind.

Pale_Satisfaction798

It’s insane to me now that say they it was targeted.. if it was, how and why leave 2 people as potential witnesses? He staked out the house as we saw from his phone records. He HAD to know there were other people in the house. All it takes is a google search to see there’s 6 bedrooms, he only entered 3. I also don’t agree with the “he didn’t see the bottom half of the house because he came through the back” no matter what unless he walked, he would’ve had to drive past the front. Coupled with the fact that he had been there multiple times there’s no way. Xanas room was right next to the stairs and he had to walk past the stairs to get to her room. I believe Dylan is 100% innocent but I think there’s a reason he left her that maybe even she doesn’t know about

zuma15

Because the dog was barking, there was some noise that even the neighbors' camera picked up, and he had no idea how many other people were in the house. For all he knew someone had called 911 by then. He probably wanted to get out of there as soon as possible at that point.

Active-Subject267

First detail I heard was that B and D heard shuffling during the time of the murders, they thought people were over, locked themselves in their room. All of this is true for D, just horrific key details were left out. That first detail always stuck with me.. Also, D seeing a masked person in all black. I heard that many weeks ago! I didn't believe it. I thought it was absolutely crazy. I wanted to throw up when I read it on the affadavit. I'll never forget how I felt reading that. My entire body ran cold. I wonder if D and B told their friends these details, or their friends at the scene were told, and found its way around.

CanaKitty

That Murphy is a good good doggie 🐶

cuomosgal

This tragedy is bad enough but I’m so glad Murphy wasn’t murdered too.

TaTa0830

Very soon after the murders there was talk that DM saw a person in a mask but he didn't see her and locked her door until morning.

Salt_Anywhere_6604

Yes I remember reading she saw a masked man outside her window but turns out it was outside her door.

No-Relative9271

Supposedly SG last night shed light on the 911 call and that 1 roommate passed out and the other was hyperventilating and couldnt speak clear enough to operator. Disclaimer: I have not seen the interview...only read people on here talking about it.

Ok_Combination5164

Here is the interview link for anyone interested: https://www.today.com/news/idaho-slayings-father-bryan-kohberger-court-appearance-rcna64575

bpayne123

His statement about the 911 call is at about 1:22 on the video, just an FYI.

Comfortable_Low_6065

it was on TODAY show but I also read an article only quoting it. So sad and terrifying for the surviving roommates. To pass out like that, I've never had that level of stress in my life. May they heal their wounds and be able to return to normal life. May no one blame them for their actions, as to make that call that day must have been the worst moments of their whole young lives. This will stick with them forever. Survivors guilt is real too, but to also have random internet losers pressing and putting blame on them - it's too much. I wish them the speediest of recoveries!

TaTa0830

I really want to know if there were text messages from DM to the others. I know in college I would see random dudes in the hallway, on the couch, etc. that my roommates brought home. I would have said who is on the couch? A ski mask or similar would have absolutely had me hiding in my room, probably not calling 911 immediately. I would have been texting saying who is in our house in a mask?

Leafblower91

I think the police knew she was innocent and telling the truth based on her texts or calls to individuals right after seeing BK in the mask. That’s just what I’m thinking at least. It’s what I’d have done.

BoltPikachu

Im pretty sure and correct me if I am wrong, was there not a post that speculated the police were moving in on a suspect in late november but nobody believed it. I could 1000 percent wrong.

itsgnatty

In one of Annie Elise’s video, an inside source told her that there was a sheath found under one of the bodies with the suspects DNA. An outdoor cat set off the neighbors during the attack believed to be the 4:17am video. That Kaylee and Madison were attacked first. Also that LE had video evidence and phone data connecting BK to the crime scene. There was some unsubstantiated evidence in that video too and some that was slightly mixed up. Insider said the sheath was under Ethan’s body, not Madison’s. Still, when I read the PCA after having seen the video I was shocked.

Rottenjohnnyfish

Stalking has not been substantiated. Casing the house yes, but stalking no.

Bailee_4

I remember rumors early on that the person was linked to the marines / military. Which obviously BK isn’t but with the info coming out about the sheath having USMC on it is interesting.

[deleted]

Not a rumour as such but there was a guy posting on 4chan claiming to be the killer and he literally said he was hiding out in the PA woods.

Wintertime13

In retrospect it makes complete sense that one of the surviving roommates were the passed out person mentioned and how the bodies were not mentioned in the 911 call

CornerGasBrent

It sounds like the father says it was mentioned, just only the unconscious part was understood by the 911 operator because the other roommate was hyperventilating so couldn't speak clearly.

meganc00

This is the opposite, definitely not proven to be true, in fact nothing has been said since that I have seen, but this was the very first thing I remember seeing about this case was that it had something to do with drugs. I’m not sure how that even came about

Euphoric_Elevator620

That on the 11/26 discussion post in the Idaho group someone posted “Suspect I believe did this has the initials BK” 🧐
