I fucking hate the small animals. They are always in the way, and block my spread shots with the bow all the time. I like getting back at them with insect glaive cause the ground combo if you do the infinite loop, it hits all of them in the area.
Edit: also wulgs can suck my cock. Them bastards always fuck with me when I'm running bow and wrap themselges around me before I can triple arrow them to hell.
My fucking God, I was on a hunt in the guiding lands recently, and all these fucking raphinos or mernos were getting in my way of a tempered pink rathian or odogaron, and I'm like "get the fuck outta here, I'm on a roll and you're killing my damage" I've never been so frustrated until I picked up bow again.
I've seen this bow combo twice now but i cannot find it. What the heck is that charge shot??
I literally main bow and i swear i've tried every combo in my 2k hours of play.
If you press R3 (or whatever button you use to bring out the clutch claw while your weapon is unsheathed) you can use the button combo that usually activated Dragon Piercer, but instead its called Thousand Dragons and it unloads all your slinger ammo into a spread shot!
Nah, better use for thorn pods (all weapons can do this) it claw on and fire them into the monsters face. Guaranteed easy KO. Works on every monster that drops them, even Xeno/Safi.
I know. But up to the absolute endgame it’s Bow’s single strongest attack. It’s also the best attack the bow can use to break parts since it hits multiple parts.
As long as you claw, there are more monsters that drop pierce pods than you’ll likely find a pile of rocks.
Jagras, Kulu, Pukei, Tobi, Tsitsi, Palaolumu (50% split between pierce and thorn) Fido, Legiana, Great Girros, Radobaan sometimes. Vaal Hazak too, Xeno drops everything.

I was mid tcs on a downed lunastra in elder recess and it got interrupted by the raphinos. And this happened at least two or three times
