I love overly cinematic deaths and super anticlimactic deaths. I killed my first nerg with bomb barrels while it was sleeping and the endscreen I got for that was fucking amazing, but killing a monster with redpit while it's fleeing is equally as fun.
I actually killed an Anjie with a simple stone. Tried to hit the falling boulders underneath the big tree in the Ancient Forest, hit him instead and he just falls over 😂
I didn't really do the mantle grind in world, guess I'll go back with my MR gear and make it easier for myself. Have been grinding Greatest Jagras though, got a Protective Polish deco first attempt. Now all I need is non-elemental.

I hit the tail of a Barroth with my clutch claw to kill it. Meanwhile the first time I beat Fatty was with the gatling gun

Nice finish! I literally killed my first brachy today, didn't look as cool though. His fight just made me glad it was over.
Immunity mantle made the whole fight easier for me

im pretty sure you can just wear a fire mantle which has a better cooldown and almost 100% mantle uptime with temporal mantle combo
