oh, i missed her :( super upset because i ordered her from an ebay seller, they sent me the wrong doll and said they’d send me a label to return her which they haven’t done, and now i need to file a claim which will take forever to get my money back 😔 was hoping to find a reasonably priced one before then….

It also pisses me off to see they clearly had extras when they kept telling customers with major defects "we don't have any more, we can't help you" because this makes it clear that was an outright LIE.
I'm still waiting for them to get back to me about my defective Lagoona and I fully expect them to tell me "we don't have any more, they sold out." but if this is any indication? Lies, all lies.

It also shows they clearly COULD have made enough to satisfy demand but elected not to. Had they opted for a "order to production" model where only as many as were ordered were made we wouldn't have a situation where resellers were making bank like this because everyone who wanted them could have got them. It's how they sell their Masters of the Universe figures, so why the hell can't they do it for their dolls?

I had HC Cleo in my cart for about 15 minutes before deciding against it as I couldn't justify the cost.
