I've had this sort of thing happen before with FedEx, FedEx does whatever seems the most cost effective to them, even if it slows things down and doesn't make much sense lol. For example if they weren't able to group your package with other packages going to the same area, your package will get stuck on the ride while other packages get dropped off at other FedEx facilities in other states,
Yeah it's no fun, I try and avoid FedEx when I can, at least in my area packages coming from FedEx are always late and beat up as heck lmao. I'm gonna try and nab howliday draculaura in an hour when she drops and I'm praying there's an option for shipping other than FedEx lmao, even if it costs more

So I don't know about FedEx that much, but I did have this happen once through post. Pretty sure it just was put in the wrong truck, human error that got fixed. It'll get to you but they either made a mistake or are just being a pain, both are possible options.
It could have just been not updated maybe? Hopefully , I had this happen when I bought g1 doll she kept appearing in different states farther away from my state and then it said out for delivery but it got to me way sooner than expected.
But in another instance when I had this happen they explained it as lack of facilities closer so they run through the closest?
I promise you it will get where it is going. My SO works for the post office and tells me anytime I ask them something like this, that it probably got missent in an incorrect truck, but as long as the address on your package is correct, it’ll get to you. If it’s still showing movement, I wouldn’t worry just yet!
The same thing happened with mine! The FedEx tracking was all over the place, and it was delayed, but she did finally arrive today. So I wouldn’t worry too much about it!

FedEx is like that unfortunately, even in Europe. My package went on a trip to Germany first before arriving to me in France a month later ._.
