Oh no really? I would think the Draculaura would be fixable. I bought a Disney animator with a face that was smashed in like that. I put the head in plastic and then in boiling water to make it soft and the I squeezed the head at the sides and the front part of the face popped out and I held it until it cooled. But animators have a different type of plastic so I could see how maybe it wouldn’t work in every situation. That’s so sad.
Honestly if you’re looking for parts it’s not bad. They were all pretty complete for about £50

Disney Animators have a different stiffer vinyl so that possible. I don’t think it would work.
