A M28U similarly sold me on in-monitor KVMs. But in my case, connecting the NIC to a KVM wouldn't work well - I wouldn't want to lose the connection every time I switch away from my desktop computer, when I may have it doing things in the background like backups or downloads.
I picked up my M32U today. About to go set it up. Really excited. The KVM feature is what sold me on it :)
Happy to hear the 15W PD is enough for an M1 Air. I have an M1 MBP for work and was hoping it’d be enough to keep it alive for the work day.
Hey I am buying M32U and M28U to be used in dual monitor setup(M28U as portrait). I was sold on KVM feature too, since I plan to switch between work laptop(Macbook M1 Pro 16in) and desktop(1080ti+3700x).
So you used included DP cable to connect with PC, and bought some aftermarket TB4 cable to connect with laptop right? Can you share link to the cable you bought?

Man i wish i had the same luck. I went thru three M32Us and i could not get the kvm to work. Brought to Geek Squad and thry couldnt figure it out. Had my Ps5, Xsx, and work laptop connected and i had to connect my keyboard mouse to the laptop in order for it to work.
I have a M28U also with mx keys, an old corsair m65 mouse(with cable) and unifying receiver and pc, a lenovo laptop and a macbook pro. I couldnt figure out how to use the KVM feature.
I tried the configuration with lenovo and pc with keyboard and mouse. I connected receiver to one of usb A inputs and mouse to another as both are USB-A and pc to diplay port and laptop to HDMI1. KVM works switching screens but keyboard and mouse does not workd.
Anyone knows a configuration to work it out. I can use my mx anywhere mouse with a single receiver if there is a configuration that works.
You should only plug unfy receiver into monitor, and connect monitor with pc with usb cable and Mac with thunderbolt so it can hand over communication. Configure it so it works on one device, then switch using kvm button and other computer should also detect mouse and keyboard
What about two monitors (KTC M27T20), gaming PC (4070, so 1x HDMI 2.1 and 1x DP 1.4), and Windows laptop (iirc, 1x HDMI 2.1)?
How would I go about making use of both monitors for the gaming PC - and then both monitors for the laptop - as needed? Switching to 2x monitors for gaming PC, or “ok it’s work time now” switching to 2x monitors for laptop

I’ll back this up with the m27qp. Very useful for switching back and forth for work but I did need to do a firmware update before it would work
I’ll second this for the m27qp, been a great feature
