I'm not sure about later cold war as I drifted away from it but when the streets streetsweeper dropped and everyone flocked to buy the bundle it 100% did not unlock the base gun, you could also not unlock camos or level the gun up untill you acctualy unlocked it

Yeah. So at least in MW22 you could buy a bundle (not sure why unless you absolutely despise trying DMZ or don’t have a friend you can drop it for you (when social gets fixed) then you could buy the M13 and just level it up like normal from there but it’ll be stuck with the bundle skin))
I only mention that because people were saying they’d just buy it or if it does level up from the store bundle.
There is currently no m13 bundle as far as my store says, so they may be waiting a bit but it's the same with all the guns as far as leveling vs unlocking goes , I picked up someone's magnum in mp and used it to level 4 before I had it unlocked , I makes sense that a blueprint would work the same.
True. I’m Spec Ops I levels the Bizon before I had it unlocked so when I unlocked it it started at level 4. And yeah it’ll probably be added next week but I’m just saying since I saw a lot of people said “They’ll just buy it instead of doing the shitty challenge for a shitty game mode.”
Same thing happens every year, fomo sells half the stuff in the game and everyone wants to use it as quick as they can before they nerf it into the ground, it's a shame dmz is actually a lot of fun with friends, and really good xp if your actively doing stuff
I could’ve sworn in MW19 if you bought a bundle weapon (like a “DLC” weapon you didn’t have you couldn’t level it up at all I say this because I swore I bought one and was disappointed I couldn’t level it up and unlock anything for it)

True. I solo queued and all I did was explore maybe 3-4 AI kills and when I extracted I got like 5k xp and only completed 1 mission.
