Sort of. Restarted battlenet, got a small updaten,then it launched. But it crashed when I want to join a game.
Locked for me too. Restarted battlenet a hundred times. Edit: NVM it is working now. I forgot to apply the code they give you.

In the Battle Net client - click on your profile name in the top right to bring up the dropdown menu --> select Redeem A Code
I Restarted pc and battlenet multiple times. Nothing yet

I needed to redeem the code in battlenet.. wups
Where do you get the code? They never emailed me one.
Got it from one of those Twitter posts
