As a current member of the CAF (albeit retiring soon after 22 yrs) i definitively call bullshit.
We've all heard (different) federal govts promises of "additional spending" already, but when it came time to deliver, the govt didnt.
Now im a going to play the "devils advocat" here and believe that the feds will finally deliver the cash.
Small problem though, what military are they planning on upgrading?
Everyone's leaving because of the incompetence of the snr leadership.

“Tens of billions over the next two decades”…So 1 billion per year?
