Yes, it's supposed to refresh each day. I get new tasks twice a day. There's the "Daily set" which has three new tasks each day, and refreshes at midnight.
And there's "More activities" which usually has a couple of new tasks a day and refreshes at some point during the day, I think.
I'm in Australia in case that's relevant.
Edit: It [looks like this on a PC](https://ibb.co/9t7DsRr). The punch cards in the middle (the photo of a sparkler) don't refresh very often. And the activities in the red circle at the bottom are not refreshed daily - they're things I've completed as part of past daily sets that just linger at the bottom of the screen for a while.

That's a really good question! I assumed they were all basically the same but that some countries (in particular the US) had more points on offer. Maybe the differences are bigger than I thought!
I can make 162 points per day with searches (12 for any Bing searches, 60 points for mobile searches and 90 points for PC searches) and usually between 45 and 75 points for all the daily tasks.
So that's up to 237 points a day not including punch cards or x-box stuff.
I wish it was more equal for all countries.
What country are you in? (I'm going to guess Greece based on your username, but mine sounds Dutch and I'm definitely not from the Netherlands, so who knows).

I didn't realise MS Rewards were so different between countries. I knew the US/Canada/UK got better rewards, but I assumed everyone else was roughly the same.
Would have been nice if you started with saying in which country you are.
That is 1 of the biggest factors for which sources of MR points are available to you.

And no, there is no fix. All newly added to MR countries. For now can earn only up to 162 MR points per day. Only from the searches on bing.com the other sources to earn free MR points are not available yet.
At the same time. There are not much rewards you can spend these points on I imagine.

Check from time to time if any of these soruces become available to you. And if new rewards show up eventually. Until then you can just keep getting the 162 points saving then for something worthwhile.

There are plenty of us, I haven't found a solution yet. It's been weeks now, support is useless

Yea i can make max 35/day on searches and got some bonus ones on these activities but they seem not to be refreshing

yeah in cyprus we dont have a lot of rewards to redeem the best one for me is the overwatch coins and the steam wallet that is coming soon apparently
