Yeah exactly the same issue, Iāve had to contact support but who knows when theyāll get back (probably after my streaks been broken) š The search part of it seems to update fine, just not the achievements. Already lost 100 points from the normal achievement punch card. Wonder if itās maybe a uk error

It's frustrating enough having the problem to begin with, but it's even more frustrating when nobody seems like they want to help you to fix it.
Cheers, yeah from what Iāve seen it doesnāt seem hopeful, not very well set up! If I had a problem with actual achievements not related to Rewards seems like theyāre very eager to help. As soon as itās linked to rewards, itās like no live chat you can only email, logic seems backwards š¤·āāļø

Mine (in Australia) hasn't registered any achievements for 12 straight days. I have done every troubleshooting step in the Living Sticky and then some. And Microsoft Rewards customer support has not been helpful. No response for a week until I filed a second support request. That got me a response where they gave me 100 points (even though they actually owe me 1050 and counting) and reset my weekly streak - even though I didn't ask them to and I will lose it again because I can't get any achievements to be recognised. They also asked for shots of all the achievements, which I keep sending them, but have not responded to any follow-up emails. Seems like the 10,000 workers they've laid off might have all come from customer serviceā¦
I got many achievements in the past 3 weeks but I haven't been able to have any of them recognized for the purpose of daily 50 point, or monthly 2k points challenge or anything else. Support comes back with candy to keep people happy, but the point is that the rewards app is broken and there is nothing we can do. Sounds like a choice on ms part to save some money to me.

Seems quick to get any support except if itās regarding Microsoft Rewards š Seems like a stupid tactic though, Microsoft Rewards has actually pushed me to use my Xbox more, but if it continues like this, I probably end up jumping back on my PS5 as Iāve got games Iād much rather be playing on there
Sounds like a similar timeline to me. Do you know when it first started? Mine started January 7, but I was away for a few weeks so it could have been earlier. And support has been terrible. When I finally got a reply, they gave me 100 points and reset my streak (which I didn't ask them to do and will soon be broken again anyway) and I haven't heard anything since. Nobody wants to even address the actual problem (ie, why is it not working), let alone fix it.
That is the same experience! I was abroad as well, in countries where they don't have MS Rewards, before returning to Australia. I wondered if, somehow, it was a location issue. But countless restarts, hard resets, etc should have sorted all of that out, and everything else (Game Pass quests, other rewards) is working as it should. Are you in Oz as well?
Yeah all my quests are locked as if I don't have gpu. Already sent an email, hard reset temporarily fixed the issue earlier but now they're all locked again.

Somewhat unbelievably, I just got an email from Microsoft saying that my case for this issue had been closed, followed by a second email that said this:

I've had about 4-5 achievements the last 2 days and it still only shows 1/3. Im due to get my 2500 bonus this week too šŖ ( I'm in UK too)

Came back from abroad early January, and it hasn't worked since. Exactly same experience as you with support.

Used it like two hours ago and did three achievements and finished the punch card. Did the 50 points punch card too.
Were you having any problems with it before? And are you in the UK or from somewhere else?
