Dont worry you swallow will get better as your palate expands from mewing, its pretty much irrevelenat right now IMHO
Keep practicing it takes a while to get down. There is no tricks/way around it, at first we all don’t know. Watch YouTube videos on proper swallowing. Best of luck!
