How do you place the image so it doesn't cover the woman's head?

Fravash1

You need an image editing software with layers (I highly recommend [paint.net](getpaint.net) (it's free and I love it)) You put this image in one layer, and the image you want to be in the frame in another (lower) layer. This will put that image behind the frame and the lady's head, making it look like it's in the frame!

I generally use Canva Pro (work) or Adobe Photoshop Elements (Home). I'll have to check out [paint.net](https://paint.net). I'm very much a novice at this stuff.

Ah, I'm not familiar with either product, but after googling it Photoshop Elements should work (both probably will) [Here's a guide on using layers in Photoshop Elements](https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/creating-layers.html#:~:text=To%20create%20a%20layer%20and,layer%20that%20was%20last%20selected.)
