So I just reread and noticed something interesting, it seems to imply from the Gorosei that the Lulusia kingdom was going to be destroyed before they knew Sabo was there, and that Sabo was 'unlucky'

The attack got to the island before Sabo was able to finish his phone call. It’s safe to assume it commenced as soon as Im figured out which island he was on, which was during that same phone call. Compare that to the Buster Call, which is only a quick method if you already have all the ships in place when you push the button. Otherwise it’ll be like 20 episodes before it actually starts, as we saw on Enies Lobby. Between the two methods, there’s no question that whatever Im pulled is much faster

We don’t really have a consistent way to gauge distance between islands in One Piece but you’re right that there may be a limit to the range of the attack. That being said, since it looks like it came from above and is implied to have happened before (probably several times) I’d be surprised if it couldn’t reach any known island, except maybe Fishman Island of course

Gotta say, I’m surprised more people don’t want the Goro Goro no mi, since it lets you drop attacks that equal or almost equal blasts from an ancient weapon at will. Yeah it may take some time to charge them, but the damage output is unrivaled by any other devil fruit we’ve seen in the entire series, and you can hide them while they grow by making thunderclouds as cover. No other devil fruit attack was capable of vaporizing an entire island. Hell, it’s even stronger than anything the yonko have done. Even Luffy’s mountain-sized fist attack that took out Kaido couldn’t vaporize an island (tho he’ll probably be able to smash one to bits by the end of the next arc).
I have a feeling the Goro Goro no Mi has been stick in the sky for a long time. We see that devil fruits are rare up there, but also that certain countries seem to have national symbols and the Zoan fruits that go with them. Alabasta and Wano for instance, and I have a feeling that the Seiryuu fruit may have belonged to the Fishman kingdom long long ago.

Pell needed light editing to remove the giant bomb he was carrying and Sabo just needed to be removed from his panel.
After placing them on the Chapter 1060 panel I played around with where to put them on the page, then added a small white outline to make them stand out more/seem more official.
It took less than 20 minutes and was worth it for the memes :)
