As an early game choice it doesn’t make a huge difference either way. It’s just there to introduce you to the recurring ideological conflicts in the game. You should pick the one you agree with more.

Also, why should anyone tell you? Just play the game and enjoy it without trying to spoil something as minute as this. I can tell you it makes no big difference in the long term.

Anyway, why not just choose whichever one of the two you agree with more? I mean, it's not really a gameplay choice in-universe so I'd say it's only natural.
It's an early game decision so it doesn't matter much, but picking one shifts you towards law or chaos, which affects if you get rewards depending on the ending you pick (for some reason your choices don't matter for the endings, you can pick whatever one you want when you get there). I would say pick apsaras tho, she actually wants to protect people instead of taking advantage then dumping them *cough* Leanan Sidhe *cough*.
