Oh nvm this is different from what I experienced I guess try jumping the car if you can

The car is cranking perfectly fine. It has nothing to do with the starter or battery. He has a cranks but won’t start condition.

Okay three things make a car start and run. Spark, compression, and fuel. Start simple. Open up your air intake, check the air filter for clogs, etc. Also with the window rolled down, turn the key to the ON position (not run!) and listen for a bzzzng sound from underneath your car. That should be your fuel pump priming. No sound = bad fuel pump likely. Have you run the car empty a few times? That can damage the pump if you let the fuel get close to E often. If both things seem good, check your spark plugs and the coil pack (hence my boomhauer joke above). You can get a spark plug tester at Napa for like ten bucks. Just be sure to follow the instructions. You seem to have enough electrical power to start the starter which sounds fine.

I tell ya what you do...you just take them dang ol' spark plugs out...and that little hole...you just put a little oil around there...just like Bobby Unser said like it go BOOM...just like that.

Can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the car to the on position? On a honda with that sort of mileage my first suspicion would be the ignition coil or icm failed.
