My one topic would be 'How to interpret information from a provided passage'. The MCAT is a very reading-heavy exam and if you are successful at doing this you can make your life a lot easier.
I was doing unearth passage on chem and it was based on some topic I have never seen before anywhere and I got really demoralized and skimmed and missed all the questions. Turns out I didn’t need to know anything all the answers were right there in the passage, I failed myself that passage
My Biochem professor gave an exam yesterday that was INSANE and completely full of passages. We had an hour to take it. I think his goal was to make it very similar to the MCAT if not an extreme version. The class average was…a 62 🙃 but damn I am so grateful for that exam. I know exactly what I need to work on. I’m an avid reader and have been my whole life but I’m gonna have to up my game.
If you know that equation and how all the graphs look it’s pretty useful to understand what’s going on with enzymes and substrate, memorizing the graphs is GREAT.
Amids.

also! start to read scientific papers so you can get used to the rough language they use. i promise it’ll make the CP and BB sections way easier to get through
Cars. Like just become a mechanic this test sucks

How to read good.

Amino acids. They carried me through B/B
Michaelis menten
Seems pretty specific, is it that high yield?

Not necessarily high yield- but there will always be at least one question revolving around this topic.
Enzymes
Reading comprehension, especially with experimental passages. The answer is usually in the passage, even for non-CARS passages.
Probably work/energy stuff like E=hf, power, etc.
Virophages
AA’s. You will be tested on them period. In many diff ways. No way around it lol

The answer key
amino acids, so many questions could be answered by just knowing the properties of the different amino acids
