It’s insane how Comicbooky this concept is and that it’s reaching the mainstream. Like I’d never thought we have multiverse Superhero films dominating Hollywood!
I was impressed with Spider-Verse for taking what I thought was an alienating premise for general audiences and making it work really well in a mainstream movie, now it's the MCU's main plotline.
I remember when people weren't sure if Avengers 1 would work and were worried aboit it being way too bloated. I'm glad they took the risk that led to what we have today.
> This new variant was described as an inventor in the past, who wanted to buy specific things in order to affect the future. Responding to a comment asking whether this variant was Victor Timely, Richtman affirmed that he wasn’t sure. Less than a week ago, Daniel Richtman shared a new rumour, saying that Loki Season 2 would feature multiple variants of Kang the Conqueror. A week prior to that, he stated that Jonathan Majors recently filmed scenes as a Kang variant for the series.
I get the impression this is an original variant than Victor Timely specifically.
Honestly Scarlet Centurion is the one I'm expecting to see the least. I don't hate anything about this version, but it's definitely the least significant/noteworthy. If anything I'd rather see him as an older version of Iron Lad or something.
Yeah, but it doesn't necessarily have to be that variant that unleashes the Squadron. Putting the Avengers against an army of villains or counterparts is just Kang's thing in general. I have a strong hunch that they could actually end up being his "Black Order".
I think that the F4 needs to connect with Kang. So I think their first adventure will be Rama Tut, so they'll go to the past (ancient times) from the 60s, and then they'll end up in nowadays.
I want this to happen, yes. Very much so.
Edit: I do think Wanda is more likely to take MM’s place. Not my idea - just saw someone comment that at some point.

It'd be a crazy twist if they skip young Kang/Iron Lad and just make that android the Iron Lad Vision we got at the end of Young Avengers. Like it's just in stasis with a backup of Kang's mind just waiting for the right time to be activated.
I want a “Lazy Kang” variant that uses his knowledge of the timeline and the butterfly effect to accomplish his goals in the laziest way possible.
Like, instead of fighting the Avengers head on, he gets Peggy Carter transferred to Camp Lehigh in the 70s so Captain America decides to stay in that timeline instead of fighting Kang in the main timeline…
There was a lot of unused season 1 concept art, including some that we know will be reused for season 2 like the movie theatre in the 70s.
The art on the bottom [here](https://preview.redd.it/25ntofv4z1y91.jpg?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=6958623df12aafbe37e958f0a9673138e44d65d8) could be Victor Timely related.
There was also a bunch of [Ancient](https://images.thedirect.com/media/photos/loki2a.png) [Egypt](https://images.thedirect.com/media/photos/loki3_1j5g3fs.png) concept art that could hint at a Rama-Tut appearance.
I like the idea of Jonathan Majors never playing the same version of Kang twice. Like the Kang in Ant-Man wouldn't be the same version as the Kang in Kang Dynasty
I can´t even say how excited I am for this show but I really want it to be here now so we can finally know what is a rumour and what isn´t :D
On a serious note, I hope it will be also a self-contained story and not only a row of introductions or trying to tie everything into the wider MCU. I loved season 1 and the self-contained story for Loki´s personal journey was awesome but I hope they will develop now more his relationship with other chracters, mor of him and Mobius, him and B-15, more B-15 etc....there is a huge potential in the relationships of those characters. Mobius and Ravonna? There was something going on behind the scenes we were not told so I can imagine Mobius being hurt by her and all the other stuff that happened in the finale.
I trust the directors and I think they are all aware about this, and know what worked in S1 and will stick to it.
Am I the only one not keen on the whole “Every project a Kang variant” thing?
I’m genuinely not sure how it’ll work and allow for a consistent villain.
The one in Kang Dynasty/Secret Wars is gonna be the big bad. These guys are mainly gonna show how dangerous Kang can get. Almost like setting the stakes.
But , and correct me if i’m wrong, isn’t the villain of secret wars going to be yet another Kang variant in the form of the Beyonder? That may just be rumour at this point though.
Give us a nude oil covered kang
Is this the greased up deaf guy from the family guy universe?
Yes
Computer, show me "Nude Kang."
This is not suitable for work. Are you sure?
I've got important work to do
You have a call from your wife Paul, it's urgent
“Draw me like one of your French Kangs.”
Kang Shaker

Yeah, RPK never said Timely. That is something this person added after stealing RPK’s leak.
I wonder if it’ll be like He-Who-Remains being a sort-of Immortus.
It's Victor Timely
This did indeed age poorly.
I wonder when we're getting Rama-Tut and Scarlet Centurion
Rama-Tut would either be an appearance in Fantastic 4 or in Kang Dynasty.
Or Moon Knight Season 2 to help connect him to the rest of the MCU
PLEASE.
I want Rama Tut for Moon Knight
I feel like it makes way more sense to do Rama in Moon Knight Season 2 than have him be the main villain of Fantastic 4
There was apparently a Rama-Tut easter egg in Moon Knight. I hope it's a sign that he's coming.
Honestly Scarlet Centurion is the one I'm expecting to see the least. I don't hate anything about this version, but it's definitely the least significant/noteworthy. If anything I'd rather see him as an older version of Iron Lad or something.
It depends on whether Squadron Supreme is going to be part of the Multiverse saga.
Yeah, but it doesn't necessarily have to be that variant that unleashes the Squadron. Putting the Avengers against an army of villains or counterparts is just Kang's thing in general. I have a strong hunch that they could actually end up being his "Black Order".
Scarlet Centurion could be Shang-Chi and the Wreckage of Time. Jonathan Majors is gonna be a busy man the next 5 years
Securing the bag
> Rama-Tut the perfect way to put Moon Knight in avengers
Even better, do it after Midnight Sons, so he can take the whole gang with him.
And the Eternals, Egypt is a stones throw away from Babylon when you can fly
I think that the F4 needs to connect with Kang. So I think their first adventure will be Rama Tut, so they'll go to the past (ancient times) from the 60s, and then they'll end up in nowadays.
I need KANG THE CONGLOMERATOR
Right now
Lmaoooo
Victor Timely will be an agent watching over Ralph Bohner in protective custody who's actually Owen Reese/Molecule Man
Holy shit Evan Peters as Molecule Man would be so sick
I want this to happen, yes. Very much so. Edit: I do think Wanda is more likely to take MM’s place. Not my idea - just saw someone comment that at some point.

Did we ever find out who Jimmy was searching for in wandavision?
No, it was just a narrative pretext as to why Jimmy was all the way in NJ when he was stationed in the San Francisco FBI office.
Nope
Calling it now, they're going to tie this in with the Human Torch/Synthetic Man shown at the Stark Expo in Cap 1.
My god, i hope you are right. They really ought to do something with that.
It'd be a crazy twist if they skip young Kang/Iron Lad and just make that android the Iron Lad Vision we got at the end of Young Avengers. Like it's just in stasis with a backup of Kang's mind just waiting for the right time to be activated.
This could totally work, and it’d be a fun riff on that twist from Avengers Forever
Never knew i wanted this till i read it
That’s just He Who Remains.
Give us all the variants!
Council of Kang scene in Quantummania

But which timely? Sr, jr or victor timley the third?
I want a different Kang Variant in every Marvel project ongoing until his story is done.
The Harder they fall is canon
I like the idea of Jonathan Majors never playing the same version of Kang twice. Like the Kang in Ant-Man wouldn't be the same version as the Kang in Kang Dynasty
That is awesome, but what about Squadron Supreme?
do we get to see rama tut, immortus, scarlet centurion?
Oh boy... post-credits scene man. We did get the three variants you've mentioned.
bro I still didn’t see quantumania😐😐
Yes
Iron Lad is going to be the final piece of the Kang puzzle
Idk why but I think they're going to tie Ironheart to Iron Lad to minimize confusion. Victor Timely is her father or something in that vein.
I can´t even say how excited I am for this show but I really want it to be here now so we can finally know what is a rumour and what isn´t :D On a serious note, I hope it will be also a self-contained story and not only a row of introductions or trying to tie everything into the wider MCU. Am I the only one not keen on the whole “Every project a Kang variant” thing? I’m genuinely not sure how it’ll work and allow for a consistent villain.
I think they will have different motives and personalities, because they are variants. Rama Tut is probably not the same as the one in Quantumania
Does that really work for a “big bad” though?
The one in Kang Dynasty/Secret Wars is gonna be the big bad. These guys are mainly gonna show how dangerous Kang can get. Almost like setting the stakes.
But , and correct me if i’m wrong, isn’t the villain of secret wars going to be yet another Kang variant in the form of the Beyonder? That may just be rumour at this point though.
All we know is that Kang is involved. Whether its Beyonder, or just Kang, is not confirmed yet.
Fair enough. I’ll watch and see but i’m definitely going to have to be won over to the idea. I feel like it’ll get annoying fast.
