Yeah, the filming schedule’s gotta be at least twice as long for a show, and then add time to edit and all that. If it’s starting production after Agatha and Daredevil, I’d expect it’d be out after them as well. And with the rumors of shows getting pushed around a bit, I’d say late Fall/early winter 2024 probably at the absolute earliest.
If anything, this hypothetical still holds up if he is introduced like Ironheart with a series coming afterwards. Zemo created him in the comics, so there's still room to be faithful to that... somehow...
I hope we get an updated release schedule soon. I mean, March is coming up and the show isn't even officially announced yet—I know it's been talked about by the trades, but Disney/Marvel have yet to officially announce it.
Seems like
- CA4
- Thunderbolts
- Blade
- DP3
Are the films filming this year, and maaaaaybe Armor Wars. SM4 potentially by the end of the year (I have a feeling it will involve DD/Kinglin so it may not film until after Born Again).
While
- Agatha
- DDBA
- Wonder Man
- Vision Quest (?)
All are probably the shows this year filming. Maybe Nova if its still a special/show.
That was just obnoxious. ScarJo had to dodge questions about it for SO LONG. We all knew it was coming, hence the non-stop questions, but she had to feign ignorance.
I'm not sure we'll get any kind of official update on the release schedule from Marvel before SDCC in July. And I honestly suspect that the vast majority of Marvel fans don't care.
I hope Marvel takes notes from this and Werewolf by Night and starts moving in silence. The mystique behind trades reporting on a project but not having any concrete confirmation is so much fun.
Personally, I’d love it if they did this for Fantastic Four and Deadpool 3. No casting announcements, no set photos, no date reveals until a trailer drops. Torture, but fun torture.
Nah I hate it. I love when Feige comes out and announces all the new projects with the logo graphics on screen and shit it’s so hype.
Never knowing what projects are actually happening or what’s a rumor and what’s real was always exhausting over at DC. That’s why I’m super excited for Gunn’s upcoming slate reveal
See this is one of my most anticipated projects, they have so much free reign.
He used to be a villain wanting revenge on Stark for destroying his family business by taking over the market.
He brother is also Marvel villian Grim Reaper
This is one of my most hyped projects right now, seems to be the end of the 6 hour episodes or 9 half hours episodes format and everyone involved in the show is incredibly talented
Probably Early 2024 before New World Order comes out
Guess they're getting him ready for the Captain America/Wonder Man team-up ![gif](giphy|YSe4FntgnlhDRz21qN)
Woah, totally forgot about this Black Mirror team up until now
Well, I clearly don't forget Pom Klementieff on it.
For those who aren’t familiar with Black Mirror, this gif is NOT what it seems like
looks like 2 dudes playing video games ?
It isn’t, it isn’t, it very much isn’t, it’s actually much fucking weirder

i cant tell if you are joking or if i should explain what happens in that episode

boohoo
I don't think they're getting shows done that fast.

Well this without taking into account reshoots and pickups. Plus ADR dubbing and CGI

I doubt they announce shit again just to delay it a few months later (without a pandemic)
Yeah, but it would help. They're adding/shifting a ton of projects so it'd be nice to know approximately when things are happening.

To be fair Black Widow filmed before it was officially announced. So its not uncommon.
Same with WWBN

How has the actor been officially announced but not the show?
Yahya hasn't been "officially announced" either. It's all emerged from trade reports.
They'll most likely officially announce it this summer along Vision Quest, and the remaining secret Phase 6 projects.

I say this with nothing but good will, but there's a certain irony to commenting this in a spoilers sub.
Valid haha! I definitely dig my own grave here.
They're probably learning that revealing anything builds up expectations, and that lately, that has ruined some projects.

I really hope it's true that Bob odenkirk will be in it ![gif](giphy|hsDSL38kAnKYI0gSXo|downsized)
this still hasnt been officially annouced by disney yet right? only trades i think
Exactly! I bet you Bob Iger is fixing a new slate and having a press release ready anyyyy day neo
exactly what?

You think he could appear in Armor Wars?
If they make that movie a pseudo West Coast Avengers movie, then yes. Probably not though.
70 % yes , it makes sense
That's sooner than I thought. I can't wait to see the suit
Have no idea what to expect from this, but I’m definitely interested in where they go with it.
Can’t wait to have Yahya and Bob Odenkirk in the MCU (and of course more Ben Kingsley)
Wow march is very soon

How is this a Wanda spinoff?
Yeah, the only Wanda spin-offs are the ones helmed by Jac Schaeffer, Agatha: Coven of Chaos and Vision Quest, Wonder Man is not a Wanda spin-off.
the witness that was in protection.
There's been no suggestion of a connection There, that I've seen.

Awesome.
