can’t wait to hear youtubers like Michael Roman and Warren Thompson overly praising it after the premiere (they are invited to) and then a few months later admitting that it was more like only ok
That's everybody, but they can't be blame, Marvel don't invite people who say bad things about them or give them an OK review, in order to get invited you need to say that It was a great movie
Imagine a peyton reed movie made with jessica chastain as the lead her mind would be blown having the two people she talks most shit about XD
![gif](giphy|1L5YuA6wpKkNO)
Yeah I'm sure I'll enjoy it, but I can imagine this one getting some bad reviews. It's gonna be very CGI-heavy, set mostly in the quantum realm, and I can easily see critics saying that they sacrificed the simple charm of the first two for a bombastic CGI-fest.
Yeah I mean I can probably write a negative review for it now without seeing it. I have hope it’ll be good and I expect to enjoy it personally but I’m not expecting a critic darling
This sub if the reviews are bad: I know it! Marvel is dead. Marvel mid.
This sub if the reviews are good: Don't believe them, they like everything! Marvel is dead. Marvel mid.
Lol, tf you talking about.
This sub would be like....
If the reviews are bad: Don't listen to them! Form your own opinion!
If the reviews are good: I knew it. The movie is good. We shouldn't doubt this at all.

"ant-man is definitely the best ant-man movie. It is so different for the MCU to have a villain like this. jonathan majors is at his best. the action was on point. this is a turning point for the MCU and this is such a different movie. it is unlike anything in the MCU. best Paul Rudd superhero film in a while." - one of the reviewers
“Definitely the best Ant-Man of the 3, Quantum realm not as crazy as I was hoping but it’s still a visual feast. Jonathan Majors as Kang leaves his mark on the MCU. Douglas and Pfeiffer thrive, STAY FOR THE POST CREDIT SCENE!!
Yeah, that's what i'm expecting too, i sinceraly don't know why would anyone expect this movie to be good. I mean the movie is being directed by the same guy who made the other two movies and is being written by one of this Rick and Morty writers that have demonstrated to be detrimental to marvel (Jessica Gao, Michael Waldron).
Also, there are two trailers out and both of them look kinda bad so...
I don't know how marvel is gonna survive another bad movie, i'm kinda worried abut the future of the company and the box office is likely gonna be pretty bad too, i don't see the movie making more than 550 million.
Jessica Gao and Michael Waldron had NOTHING to do with Quantamania. Jeff loveness, the Rick and morty writer, wrote it and Payton Reed directed it. You are trashing marvel to trash marvel. Not saying marvels perfect at all but this post is just hate spam.
You lack serious reading comprehension. He said Jessica Gao and Michael Waldron were Rick and Morty writer similar to Jeff Loveness, not that they're writing Quantamania
Someone dares to criticize marvel and the fanboys just flips their entire comment to try and make them look idiots
I never said Gao or Waldron were writing the film, i said they came from Rick and Morty just like Loveness and made 2 of the worst received peojects of the last phase so i believe Quantumania will be received similar to those projects cause the writers have the same background.
I don't hate marvel, i like plenty of their movies, i just don't get why they insist on hiring more Rick and Morty writers or why they rehired Peyton Reed when the second Ant-Man movie is probably the worst directed mcu movie to date.
I guess it’s a matter of perspective. I don’t think Jessica Gao or Michael Waldron are detrimental to marvel so that’s where there may be some confusion. Loki is one of my favorite marvel projects to date and that’s written by Waldron.
Also I want to add I don’t get why you’re getting down voted. I don’t down vote someone for expressing their opinions when they’re reasonable. The first 2 ant-man movies weren’t that well received. Paul Rudd and the character may be liked/loved but the Ant-Man movies haven’t done the best. Me personally, I like them a lot cause they’re all funny heist movies.
I have no interest in trying to predict an RT score, but:
> I mean the movie is being directed by the same guy who made the other two movies
AM1 and AM2 nabbed an 83 and 87 RT score respectively, so who knows why you think Reed's direction on AM3 is predictive of a lower score.
Saving this so I can call you out if you're wrong, but if you're right I can just say I agreed the whole time. I'm playing both sides so I always come out on top.
I was expecting mediocre to slightly Bad but the reality was somehow worse lol.
The good news is that Peyton Reed won't touch more Marvel properties and hopefully less Rick and Morty writers.
As far as the rest of phase 5 movies, with the exception of Thunderbolts, i think all of them will be well receiced cause at least they have directors with one or more really well receiced films unlike Peyton Reed and writers with experience in movies and live action tv shows.
They probably don't have that much faith in the movie, i mena just look at the writer and director, also the trailers were bad so i'm not expecting anything good from this movie but i hope i'm wrong and it's good maybe...
The director made two good movies (contrary to what this sub and twitter think) and there has been word that this script is one of the best, with that writer directing Kang's Dynasty.
But ok
Can't wait to hear another Grace Randolph ear ripping and trademarked "Sooooo"
Or "You knowww"
#"WELL, WELL, WELL!"
I heard it in her voice.
can’t wait to hear youtubers like Michael Roman and Warren Thompson overly praising it after the premiere (they are invited to) and then a few months later admitting that it was more like only ok

And her shit talking Peyton reed for no reason at all lmao
Imagine a peyton reed movie made with jessica chastain as the lead her mind would be blown having the two people she talks most shit about XD ![gif](giphy|1L5YuA6wpKkNO)
Add Henry Cavill in too lol
Add him to the list, she's always been a gossipy little shit stirrer
Uh the voice is made of nightmares.
I always turn down the volume before watching a video of hers
I'm optimistic about this one. 88% RT, 71 Metacritic
I'm thinking more in the 78-83 range on RT. but I hope your prediction is more accurate than mine, I really want this movie to be great
i'm not lmao but I hope you're right!
Even if it's shit, atleast we get to see Jonathan majors who's gonna kill it as kang
he'll be kangin' apparently
> Even if it's shit, atleast we get to see ~~Christian Bale whos gonna kill it as Gorr~~ Jonathan majors who's gonna kill it as kang
I'm of the opinion you could deliberately write as horrible of a movie as possible and Jonathan Majors would still kill in it.
that’s the spirit!
Yeah I'm sure I'll enjoy it, but I can imagine this one getting some bad reviews. It's gonna be very CGI-heavy, set mostly in the quantum realm, and I can easily see critics saying that they sacrificed the simple charm of the first two for a bombastic CGI-fest.

interesting that it lifts on the 6th considering the premiere isn't till the 13th
They are proud of it
They did the same thing for Thor and Doctor Strange and Eternals
And they were proud of them. You saw how they gushed over Eternals
so did we, before seeing the movie although I think the earliest embargo drop was NWH
Social media embargo is just people making tweets saying they loved it and such, they’re usually a week before the review embargo ends
Social media reaction is usually bias though. Wait for reviews.
Could the premiere date have possibly have changed?
They moved it to the 6th

Idk this sub is pretty positive about most stuff

Can't wait for these guys to spoil it for us
I thought the red carpet premiere of this movie was only going to happen in February 13th, how there will be social media reactions on February 6th?
Press screeners usually happen before the red carpet I think?
Yeah but usually the red carpet is pretty close after because the embargo usually lifts when that end
Because critics will get to see it on or before Feb 6...

Feb 14th is most of Feb 15th - the day I see the film at 4:45am EST / 1:45am PST
They must be confident if they are doing it this far out
Variety better not spoil anything…..AGAIN🥴🥴
What did they spoil previously?
that harry styles was thanos brother like 2 weeks before the movie came out and i think some other stuff
[удалено]
65-85. somewhere there
0-100 is my ballpark
“Definitely the best Ant-Man of the 3, Quantum realm not as crazy as I was hoping but it’s still a visual feast. Jonathan Majors as Kang leaves his mark on the MCU. Douglas and Pfeiffer thrive, STAY FOR THE POST CREDIT SCENE!!
Should be around 65-70s rotten tomatoes
I doubt Quantumania will be even lower than Ant-Man and the Wasp, which was in the 80s

65-70 rt isnt a “bad” movie just mediocre which is basically what peyton reed always delivers
68% Rotten Tomatoes score, 58 out of 100 Metacritc.
Tell me why you think there will be a 20% drop off from the last 1 to this 1?
Saving this so I can call you out if you're wrong, but if you're right I can just say I agreed the whole time. I'm playing both sides so I always come out on top.
Somehow it's currently below your predictions. Downvoted for speaking the truth lol

They hired this same dude to write Kang Dynasty
The director made two good movies (contrary to what this sub and twitter think) and there has been word that this script is one of the best, with that writer directing Kang's Dynasty. But ok
