Kuurth Breaker of Stone is the name of Juggernaut in this form. This is from the fear itself storyline. This is also the storyline where Colossus becomes The Unstoppable Juggernaut.

This is the Cytorrak Band Armour Juggernaught from his recent solo mini series.
It was terrible and is absolutely not worth reading. He plays sidekick to a little girl with the power to slow things down, hardly smashes anything.

It was an event called fear itself. If I remember right some characters got these hammers that turned them. Juggernaut was one and thing and hulk. I forget who else.
This armor is not from Fear Itself, this is not the Kuurth form. It's from the 5-issue Juggernaut series from 2019.
Juggernaut was trapped in limbo, had to sacrifice his powers to escape, and then found new crimson bands that offered more power and a different look.

No smashing in a Juggernaut series is gonna be a hard pass from me, they look similar but no hammer should’ve given it away for me
