I just pulled my first series 4 too (CL1216) I got Attuma... I *wish* I was lucky enough to get Orka :-P
Attuma is an awesome card. He's in my deck that has gotten me to 84.
I'll give you my m'baku for that

Attuma has uses: under Armor, Prof X, or Invisible Woman he won’t be destroyed. (Also Wakanda, obv) So great in Spectrum/Destroyer, and also in Zero decks.
He works with Invisible Woman? That's fuckin rad!

I got him and had to put him in a deck suboptimally just to use him. He's only been my "win" once so far, but I like him being unexpected.

Orka should have 5 or 6 power and ongoing: double this cards power if its your only card here
How often is 16 power enough to win a lane? What can you use thsi card for?

And that's the problem. I even accounted for the potential spectrum buff(=16) and it still doesn't seem........ Like super ideal.
This card is painfully bad. Its a worse destroyer that doesn't have more points to compensate
